  1. 5/5Jollibee

Jollibee stands as the crown jewel of fast food, a place so beloved it feels less like a restaurant and more like a gift touched by something divine. Every meal arrives with the kind of comfort and joy that seems almost heaven-sent—the golden, perfectly crisp fried chicken with its tender, juicy center, the rich and savory gravy that feels like liquid perfection, and the sweet, unforgettable spaghetti that somehow turns a simple dish into pure happiness. It is as if every flavor was crafted with extraordinary care, combining warmth, nostalgia, and satisfaction into one glorious experience. Walking into Jollibee feels like stepping into a place where food becomes celebration, where every bite brings comfort to the soul, and where even the simplest meal tastes like it was created to remind people how good life can be. In a world full of ordinary fast food, Jollibee rises above the rest like a masterpiece—something so wonderfully made it feels worthy of being called one of God’s finest creations.

  2. 5/5Gotta try the Aloha Chicken Sandwich and Mango pies!!!😍😍😍

Indulging in my Jollibee favorites and they did not disappoint. The Aloha Chicken Sandwich is a perfect balance of sweet and savory—the crispy chicken is juicy, the pineapple adds a bright tropical pop, and the cheese and sauce tie everything together without overpowering the crunch. It’s indulgent, flavorful, and honestly feels like a mini vacation in sandwich form. And then there’s the Mango Pie—an absolute must every single time. The crust is golden and flaky, and the mango filling is warm, sweet, and just the right amount of tangy. It’s comforting, nostalgic, and the perfect way to end the meal. If you’re treating yourself at Jollibee, this combo is a no-brainer. Consistently delicious, satisfying, and worth every bite. 🍍🥭🍗

  3. 5/5Love

I had a great experience at the restaurant. everyone there were nice and very informative. I was helped by an employee named Amy who helped guide me and make a satisfying and delicious meal decision to get, it was only my second time going. The store was clean and fully stocked especially the drink station which normally can get messy. I loved how the bathrooms were one point and it didn’t smell like urine. I am most definitely stopping there every time I go out of town and come back home.

  4. 4/5Review bomb?

I have ordered food from them at least ten times (not including my relatives’ orders) and I never hear complaints from their orders in the Concord, CA store. I will take out one star for not offering apple/google/samsung pay on the app as an option. This should be the standard as it is free and much more secure than inputting your credit and debit card information. I suspect that the posted reviews are misleading as my experience with this store is basically the same as all other stores that I go to (and those stores have thousands of reviews - the biggest difference is that the other stores offer Apple Pay unlike this one - at least for online orders).

  5. 1/5Was not able to complete order via app and prices were not honored in store

I downloaded the app to my phone in an attempt to avoid waiting longer at the location. I was able to put the sandwich meal into my cart, but ran into a programming problem when trying to add the “chickenjoy meal deal” with two sides and two drinks. They had all of the selectors for the type of chicken, both sides, and one of the drinks. The issue, as far as I can tell, is that the second drink option was missing as I could not add it to my cart without completing all of the options, but it was nowhere to be found even after collapsing the other selection lists. At this point I decided to call in the order instead of using the app. This portion was painless and the only issue was my own toddlers making it difficult for me to hear the person at the restaurant. Upon arrival to pick up my order I was told a total that did not add up with the pricing I had seen on the app. I showed the person at the register the app page displaying the item I had thought I’d ordered and showing the location I was in as the restaurant for the menu item displayed. I was told that they no longer have that meal deal on their menu to which I protested that the app info was from right then and at the location we were in. No compensation or honoring of the price was offered and it was just restated that they no longer offer that deal and it had been a while since they had. The price difference was a 25% increase of our total order. In summation: the app does not let you complete all orders and appears to have out of date menu items leading to higher cost upon pick up. I acknowledge that the fault for the cost could have been at least partially due to the workers at the restaurant and not solely that of the app.

There doesn't appear any way to delete an item or meal entirely if you change your mind. Why do we need to log out and start over? The minus button will NOT allow us to select a zero or remove. We can only reduce the number to 1 or add additional. That makes no sense! You need a delete button or allow us to select zero.
