"body": "Hey I love your pretzels they are absolutely amazing and good for the price, and i was very much looking forward to using the app. Unfortunately the app doesnt load and its stuck on the loading screen for minutes at least. I cant use rewards i am so sad. Please fix this and i will give 5 stars!!! :) thank you !!",

"body": "Making an account was so difficult for no reason. First, I tried using my Apple ID account, like the app suggests, but then it didn’t use my correct email in the autofill so I deactivated the account, since I couldn’t verify my email. THEN I tried making a new account entering all my information in manually, but it didn’t allow me to make the account because apparently deleting my Apple ID account meant I couldn’t use the same phone number?? THEN I tried making a whole new account with a completely separate email, with no intention of using my phone number at all, and I got an “error” message saying that I’ve “reached the maximum amount of guests allowed per device” for the app! I deleted and redownloaded the app TWICE - same error message! My phone is up to date on software updates, so I don’t think it’s that - it’s just the app giving me a hard time. Really frustrating and just ridiculous!!",

"body": "Why can't I order Almond Bitz? Is it an in-person menu item only? I can order anything in the app, even the limited menu options, but I can't order Almond Bitz. Even on third party apps like Uber eats or doordash, Almond bitz is not an option. They also won't allow orders below $25. Even if the total comes out to $24. Makes me not even want to order their comfort food anymore, let alone go to the nearby mall just to order. It'd be more tolerable if I was limited to no less than $10 orders, but even so, I can't even do an online order of the item I want! Almond Bitz!",

"body": "Pretzels promised a free pretzel if I signed up and bought an item. We confirmed everything with store manager who said offer would come “soon” after purchase. I followed all the steps—but the reward didn’t appear in the app for hours. We asked the store manager repeatedly, but they claimed they couldn’t help until the offer showed up in the system. By the time it finally did, we were already home. And to top it off, the reward expires in just 14 days. Horrible tactic claiming to give free pretzel then making the user wait multiple hours to actually claim the pretzel. I’d give this place 0 stars if I could.",

Love it when I encounter ppl that have the patience and take the time to help customers like myself. Thank you Eliscia at Wetzel’s on Garrity Walmart.",
