"body": "Overall a direct competitor with Lyft and Uber…more often than not much cheaper too! My only issue is that once you hit The app the only way to cancel that ride is to call their switchboard and do it over the phone which can be somewhat to use and annoying, especially when you’re trying to maneuver a number of bags, kids, and do in a short period of time. You might as well just skip the app and call for the car. But this doesn’t happen too often. LOVE how you have a cash payment option still too…big plus over the other more popular car service apps…",

"body": "I like the way the new app is, but you should show you the way it did before how many minutes before the cab arrives. The location of the car needs to be better it shows it's so far away when it's really like a minute away. Your cabdrivers really need to stop being on the phone while there with passengers. As well as not get upset when we tell them to get off their phones.",

"body": "Overall the service is great, you guys just have to work on your timing. When I schedule a cab to pick me up a 6:30 the drivers will come at 6:19 or 20 and I feel like they are rushing me when they shouldn’t, then when I order a cab at the same time that I’m ready it takes them at least 20 minutes for the app to find me a cab when on the map it shows several cabs are by me.",
