"body": "Prices are unbeatable compared to other cabs but as far as the process to get a cab is annoying. Idk about anybody else app but when I have to switch the button to confirm I have a mask, it always gives me problems like I have to press or swipe it several times before it works. Also some drivers are rude and try to take your money like bee bee doesn’t say price upfront. Also several times cabs lied about being on exact location and canceled on me after I waited so long for them. I only continue to use for prices,I call when app gives me issues.",

"body": "My family has used BeeBee car service for 30 years, so I was so excited to find out about this app! The app works as far as pairing you with drivers, but takes an INSANE amount of time to connect with one. I don't know, maybe every driver doesn't have the linkup in there car. Please try to work on this you guys! I love not being at the mercy of Uber, I hate having to use my credit card everyday! This app gives me a straightforward price and the option to pay cash.",

"body": "I cannot add a card for payment so I have to make sure I have cash on hand. Seems to be a general app issue as others I know have the same obstacle. I haven’t had a problem getting a car but I will say most of the cars are old and run down. The drivers would likely have low reviews on other apps. Prices are good in comparison to uber/lyft but be prepared to feel every bump and pothole",

The app wouldn’t even be open and they would call me telling me they are outside and it would be a different address as well. It’s freaking weird!!!",
