"body": "Sometimes they have people sharing accounts and it’ll show you its a certain car and when the car gets there it’s a totally different person and/or car. I do not recommend for single female travelers for this reason because if something happens the company will deny it saying that the driver isn’t one of their drivers when they’re the ones using the app in an illegally marked car that’s not licensed to take people. Also the drivers show up late more then half the time and a lot of them are very rude so is the dispatcher they always have an attitude.",

"body": "First of all, I CALL my local prestige dispatch for a car maybe 5 times a week for work, and they’ll answer with attitudes, drivers don’t show up half the time, I'm forced to call again and receive more attitude. So I thought maybe using the app would be more productive being that I don’t have to deal with their employees directly. But unfortunately the app is useless. They’ll allow you to add a debit card for a form of payment but ONLY take credit cards ?? Plus, they charged my debit a dollar and change to verify it had a balance but then wouldn’t charge it for the actual ride?? Waste of time.",

"body": "Let Pretige be your last resort! Don’t waste your time or money! Once you book online you won’t see how much your trip is until you get to your destination!! There this cab driver will give you any price he wants not even the price you normally take to this destination!! Makes you wanna slap the driver! A lot of people are reporting this because that is deceitful that’s the customers being rob without a GUN! Don’t fall into this! And the dispatcher when you call it’s totally RUDE!! Like you owe him something! BEWARE!!",

"body": "Drivers are not picking up rides/fares through the app, so you end up having to call the base and pay out cash. One driver asked for cash (when ordered through the app) then called the base to state that he asked for cash, due to the company taking days to pay out the drivers. This stalls service and during this holiday season, it worsened. Customers are paying this with time wasted in getting to their destinations.",
