"body": "What is the point of having the app if it consistently glitches? You put in your CC info, it “charges” you an amount to verify and when you request the ride -it keeps closing out, tells you it cannot access pricing and consistently changes the seating. No big deal, right -just call the base ONLY to have no1 pick up and be on hold for over 20 minutes!!! How are you offering “top tier service” in the aftermath of a winter storm and your services not working!!! Do BETTER!!!",

"body": "When the ride is going to take too long I want to be able to cancel it so the driver doesn’t waste their time driving all the way to the place. That happened to today and when I explained to the driver that I tried to cancel because I went with a different cab service, he hung up on me. Very rude. We should be able to cancel at any time like every other car service app",
