"body": "The app cheats you out of 1-2 minutes almost every time you use it. Not a big deal? It is when you use it 3-4 times per day. Also sometimes officers don't check the app and just write you a ticket when the meter doesn't update. If you use this app take a screenshot of your receipt (showing the time) EVERY TIME you use it so you can prove you've paid.",

"body": "What is the point of making someone dig out a credit card and manually type it into your app instead of just using ApplePay or Google Pay that is built right into the smartphone you are holding? Huge pain in the neck that is not necessary. TO make it worse, this app is simply a re-skin of the Passport parking app which DOES accept those payment types, the City simply decided not to enable that and instead forces you to stand in the rain or heat digging out your credit card. It would be fine if I lived here and used this app all the time, but I am simply visiting so now I also have my credit card stored in another system that can be hacked and stolen. Ridiculous. Stop making life difficult for people and turn on Apple Pay!",

"body": "I thought this app would be a lifesaver because I didn’t have any coins for parking meter. The description for the app states that this app takes the stress out of parking. I did not find that to be the case at all. I tried several empty spots in a downtown parking lot (by the museum of art) and kept getting a message that the spot was unavailable. Each spot was very available because I had my car parked in them. Why offer a “convenient’ system if it’s not helpful at all. And apparently I can contact someone for assistance. In Tucson on a Sunday? If you do in fact want to increase business downtown didn’t actually make it easy to do so.",

"body": "All I wanted was a space. I had a card to use and no, meter wouldn’t take it. Have to use the app. Is the app easy? No. Every little error I made or pin I didn’t know, I had to start over. What should’ve been a ten second moment was a joke that made me give up and drive away. Joke of a situation where THE APP SHOULDN’T EVEN BE NEEDED.",

"body": "The problem with this is, it’s a weekend. I’m trying to park, and the app won’t let me pay. I parked at 4pm, general parking expires at 5pm, then I must pay another fee for beyond 5pm. No problem. However, the app just keeps erroring out and doesn’t allow it. Obviously an error , but needs an immediate solution / fix! HELP PLEASE!!!!!!",
