1. 2/5BRING BACK THE RIDE LATER OPTION

   i love fetii and it makes transpirting large groups of people easy and fun but ever since they took away the “ride later” feature the app has become less reliable. I used to plan my evenings around fetii and would preschedule rides so that everything would go smoothly and now you can’t book a fetii until you want to leave. You are not guaranteed a ride because of this and it makes making plans very difficult. I have been using the app way less since this change because the app is unreliable. I booked a ride the other night to transport all of my friends and three different buses cancelled on us three times before we gave up. Overall, reliability needs to be increased and the ride later option needs to be brought back.

2. 1/5Horrible. Would give 0 stars if I could.

   We had a horrible experience with Fetii for my friend's bachelorette party in Austin. We were a group of 20 girls, so we knew that transportation was going to be big deal all weekend, which is why I scheduled Fetii shuttles to/from the airport and to/from a boat cruise on Lake Travis MONTHS in advance. We were told that the 17 girls at the airport would all be able to fit in one shuttle. Even if everyone had brought a tiny carry-on that fit in their lap or had brought no luggage at all, there is still NO way that 17 girls would all fit in one van, as there are only 11 available seats. We ended up having to find an Uber XL last minute for both ways. Our driver back to the airport on Sunday was the only one on time, but he had a random woman sitting in the front seat with him?? When we were already short on seats… Then for the boat cruise, we had a strict departure time of 3:30 PM and our VRBO was 35 minutes away from the marina. Again, we had scheduled these shuttles months in advance. Minutes before the scheduled pick-up time, we got a message from our shuttle drivers saying they were running late - one of them wasn't going to get to our VRBO until 3:30, which was the time our boat was supposed to be leaving the marina! Then for the ride home, one of the drivers was not going to be there until 30 minutes after our boat cruise had ended - it was 7:30 PM at night and there was nowhere for us to sit and wait except an empty parking lot. We had to cancel those rides, were still charged a $5.50 cancellation fee, and then had to scramble to find multiple last minute Uber XLs for everyone. It was a nightmare. 0/10 would NOT recommend.

3. 1/5Unreliable and misleading

   MISLEADING: Your ride WILL be more expensive than the price that is being listed on the app, but you will not see the final up charges (masked as “long distance fee’s) until after you receive the bill. Even though you put in your exact distance of commute, the app does not quote you the exact price like an Uber. They low-ball the estimated price and add fees so that it seems more reasonable than it is. UNRELIABLE: Our driver was extremely incompetent and unaware of what was happening on his app (as this company barely has basic features to function) and when our entire group was ready to hop in, he accidentally rebooked for a different group and left our group stranded in the 100 degree sun until the next available van could come 40 minutes later. For someone planning commutes for larger groups in advance, using this app is a risky choice to make it somewhere on time or for a good price.

4. 1/5Terrible experience

   When the first van arrived it took 30 minutes to figure out payment so we were not moving as the payment system on the app was slow and unreliable. On the way back, it took the van 45 minutes to show up while we waited. Additionally, to pay you either have to enter your credit card details or connect your Venmo. If you enter your credit card, you cannot remove you card information unless you replace it with another, and if you connect your Venmo you must allow it as a connected business which would potentially be able to make charges to your account without confirmation. You also can’t delete your account unless you go through the Fetii support chat which is extremely slow to respond. Overall the entire process took way too long and has too many red flags to recommend

5. 1/5Unreliable Scammers

   The last time I tried to use fetti, I booked a bus for an event 48 hours in advance, the earliest they would allow me too. When the time came to be picked up, our drivers ETA just slowly increased time went on. After an hour of this, we were running extremely late to our event. When I cancelled the ride, I WAS CHARGED $30 for a cancellation fee, when THEY were the ones who were an hour past the time I booked 2 days earlier. Completely ridiculous. I have spent my money with them many times, so I think I would at least deserve the respect of not just being charged for their mistake, but I feel like they owe me some sort of ride credit. Of course, there’s no easy way to contact them so this never happened.
