1. 3/5Issue with GoLink every time

   App is great! Prices are great! But why not rides!!!! I have been using the app for so long and avoided lot of issues and bugs but now i am forced to write this review because i am kind of fed up with the issue in booking golink every now and then. And the worst part is whenever i try to report, no matter even if I try to report multiple times, nothing gets fixed and nobody reaponds or take actions. Today i continuously getting error of no rides at this route msg infact i book that every single day!!! When i reported like almost 10 times, even though nothing worked!!! So no go links today on any route at all today? Even if thats the case u don’t believe in informing customers before hand???

2. 3/5Useful but Bad service

   This app it great for convenience definitely and the layout of the app is great but the functionality however is terrible it always glitches many times it say my ride had checked me in me when it has not, many times when I’ve scheduled my ride the details do not pop up but it say my ride is booked so I just have to trust it’s the car when they say my name and it’s also causes me not to be able to see how many minutes I have good things they have the 2 min reminder feature. Also which I find is the most horrible is the customer service they don’t have much information on how or where to contact customer support I feel just like any other app they should at least have a chat bot. But other then them few things I love the app and service It is great help for the people who just need to get down the street where busses don’t run with no car, or to doctors appointments, and work this app has been very useful in my life but it could use a few improvements just as any other.

3. 3/5Better Route Generation

   Purchasing fares and tracking are simple and easy to do, but planning trips leaves a lot on the table. Allowing multiple routes to be shown at one time might help with riders optimizing their route selection with transfers. Maybe allowing users to use a more piece-wise planning function where users select routes to add to their trip would and where to pick up and get off would, in my opinion, help streamline travel within the network. As selection of routes you are currently would help the user experience greatly. Currently, works decent enough with easy options to purchase fares, but users really have to know the route maps to make sure you get to your destination efficiently.

4. 4/5Planning a trip should be easier

   When using the trip planner, it needs to be easier to use and also be more detailed and also the options of using rail only, I don’t want to ride a bus saying it will only take 1 minute and the details are very sketchy and confusing to understand. The whole “trip Planner” feature on this app needs to be revamped entirely. Currently, it’s telling me to ride a bus from Parker road station to Addison transit center, and the. Returns to Parker road via a bus route and the. It says “Red” then shows a walking person icon, then says “Green” but there aren’t any clear details on where to go next or what Direction or side of platform we need to be on for the next train arrival. Final destination is Fair Park starting out from Parker road station. Also, the rail system map doesn’t have details like what time of day and hours about the Orange line “peak times” it only says “weekdays only” serving Parker Road station all the way to LBJ/Central station. I’m assuming it’s during normal rush hour times but how do we know what time of day it starts and ends? Please review this with the app development team and contact me if you have questions! 5. 5/5Only needs a proof of purchase that could be printed.

   This is a very convenient way of having a monthly ticket. The ones before got erased and it was hard to prove to the transit authorities that they were still valid or if I forgot the date that I bought it then I would be riding without knowing when I should buy it again. I always had to keep the receipt but still that one could be lost or the Ink would fade and be hard to see the date or duration. But I do like this system. Only thing that is missing is that I would like to be able to print the ticket receipts in my printer at home. That way if my phone died I could still show the receipt to the train police. Because I’m concerned of not having it on one day and not being able to show my pass could get me a fine.
