   What a great service, clean cars nice drivers very efficient. You just have a rich shared ride, so you have to have extra time. Car was in the shop and it provided a really good alternative to a lot more expensive ride on demand.

2. 1/5You might as well take a bus.

   The wait times for zip zone have skyrocketed since my last review. The past 2 weeks have been 30-50 minute wait times to get picked up. So that’s not counting the commute and if there are other drivers. It’s taking over an hour to get to work and get home. I’ve contacted support and they can’t tell me anything. I can’t afford to fix my car so this is my only affordable option. If I could afford ubers twice a day I would just do that. I’ve been late to work so many times due to zip zone it’s just getting ridiculous. I can order an hour before I have to be to work and STILL be late. They need to fix these wait times asap. Because this isn’t “on demand” anymore. It’s just a bus with fewer seats.

3. 1/5Metro on demand only- not a bus pass

   If you are visiting the Fort Worth Metro area, make sure you get the GoPass app and not this app if you were planning to use this for public transit. This app is only for Metro on demand and the prices and descriptions of the products are identical to the GoPass app, but you cannot use this app to pay for bus fare or train fare. The day pass and week pass also auto renew, and you have to uncheck the box if you don’t want to continue to be charged. The app is also not show tickets or way to purchase anything even after you pay for the subscription and there is no way to refund or undo a transaction in the app. Also did not receive a receipt via email and the terms and conditions on the website return a 404 error.

4. 4/5The future of DFW metro rail

   This app connects the “last mile” of commuting from a train station to work/play by offering a third option to Bus or private rideshare options. Unfortunately, you cannot purchase a Trinity Metro ticket from Zip Zone. A better solution would be an end-to-end transit experience. I want to know I will get all the way to where I am going — the train station is not the final destination!

   My drivers and all the T staff have been experts and super professional! Somehow I was transferred to a couple of ladies 1 named Pearlepha and another named Margaret. Those ladies transferred me to the right Dept Fast and assisted me so well! I could hear them smiling! #SuperCustomerServiceReps Give them their flowers now!
