We’ve made several improvements this spring to make the app easier to use and fixed some issues in response to your feedback. These improvements include: *We made it smoother for you to use the app without creating an account and to add full account details later. *Guest users can now more easily access previous purchases made in the app. *We streamlined filter options when searching for parking. *When viewing details of a lot, the app now highlights which rates were used to calculate the cost of parking. *The display of reservations in the cart has been updated to more clearly display restrictions, reservation times, and fee calculations. *When emailing us for support regarding your parking reservation, more details of your purchase are automatically included in the email for you. *When purchasing parking for an event that spans multiple days, you now can select a subset of days you’d like to buy parking for. *We’ve improved other design and alert messaging in the app to make it more user friendly.

This update allows employees at Phoenix Convention Center to purchase parking at a special rate. We also made a minor fix to the onboarding process to fix an issue with the request for location permissions.

This is a minor update to the app that adds some functionality for specific lots in Phoenix.

Based on your feedback, we've made the following updates to the app: *The app now checks reservations you are adding to your cart to prevent anyone from accidentally buying reservations for the same time period at the same lot (the app will still allow you to buy reservations for the same time period at two *different* lots however). *There is now an easy link from your receipt on an existing reservation back to the lot details view where you can buy a new reservation if your time is going to expire soon. *It is now much easier to adjust the time of your reservation if you are booking the reservation from your list of favorite lots. *When sending a support request email, your phone number should now appear correctly.

*We found an issue that could cause the app to crash when purchasing additional parking time for a reservation that was previously purchased.

This is a minor update adjusting a couple UI elements and we fixed a couple small bugs that could result in a crash when purchasing certain parking reservations.

Thanks to your feedback we have added some new key features in the app: *You can now search for a particular parking lot by using the parking lot number. Expand the search box at the top and tap on "Location" and select the "Search Lot #" and input the number of the lot (as posted at the lot). *You can also now edit the license plate of a particular reservation without having to edit an entire vehicle. From your reservation receipt, tap "Update License Plate" at the bottom to edit. *We fixed an issue with favorite lots not displaying correctly in some situations.

We've been making various updates to make pricing clearer and the app easier to use. In this update: • Payment flow and credit card input have been improved. • You now have the ability to indicate if your vehicle is a motorcycle. • Design updates to lot location pins and lot description cards.

* We fixed issue on smaller sized phones where keyboard would cover the "Submit" button on the phone number verification screen. Keyboard can now be dismissed via "Send" button on the keyboard. * We're providing clearer messaging when a purchase is declined because of a problem with a credit card. * We made some smaller user interface updates in user account, settings, credit card entry.
