   This Fazoli’s is our favorite. We come here once a week for Senior Night. We like Fazoli’s much more than Olive Garden. The breadsticks melt in your mouth and the food is just mouthwatering because it is so hot and fresh. On top of all that the primary thing we love are the work staff and General Manager, Cody. They go out of their way to make sure we are happy customers. We got to meet the GM there tonight, Cody. He is super friendly and personable and talked to us for awhile. He will be so good for Fazoli’s. We will for sure dine in every time now since the staff and GM were so very customer friendly. Cody is an asset to Fazoli’s on Penn and Memorial. Thank you to the 4 work staff for being so very friendly and nice. Each of them came to our table to make sure everything was okay!! It was phenomenal !!! I highly recommend this Fazoli’s!!! 2. 4/5Dear Fazoli’s and the developers of the app:

   I love Fazoli’s, and have since I was a little kid. The food is always spectacular, and with the mobile ordering feature it’s made it so much easier for me to get the amazing food I am especially fond of (particularly during this COVID-19 pandemic). The only complaint I have, if you could call it that, is that the app has the option to add gift cards, (which I was intending to do so), but it won’t let me add them in. Not even one that I have bought three days ago and still haven’t used yet. I know it’s not because I’m typing numbers in incorrectly. I am a bit of a perfectionist, and have been for years. I always check, recheck, re-recheck, so on and so forth. The app will not upload my gift cards. This isn’t going to stop me from using the app or going to a Fazoli’s restaurant—not a chance. It simply would be nice to use all of the features that you advertise in the app. Thank you for taking the time to read this review, and thank you for the amazing service all of you provide. Hopefully all involved are safe and well during this difficult time. 😊

3. 5/5Absolutely Love the Dayton, Ohio location on Wilmington Pike

   As a long time customer utilizing the services of the restaurant both eating inside and getting food through the drive through, I have found the food to be of excellent quality and portion size. You really can’t beat Fazoli’s for a reasonable price great Italian meal. The staff at this location are always willing to modify menu items to fit the needs of vegetarian and food allergy customers. The best part of a meal at Fazoli’s are the breadsticks! They absolutely can not be beat. Others have mentioned problems utilizing the app to earn rewards; I have never experienced this issue and have “earned” points from scanning my receipts as well as redeeming offers and rewards on the app at the drive-through or in person. Try this location if you find yourself in this area!!!!

4. 3/5App is nice but it’s limited and not updatable

   So the app has nice features. However…with that being said, your very limited as to what you can do. I can’t update my phone number on the app. I can’t update my email address. I should be able to log into my account with my phone number. The account should have had the correct phone matched with the correct email. The phone number has been the same for 13 or more years, the only thing that could have been different is the email. But It kept saying that my email(s) were already being used, and my phone number was already in use, but when I tried to log in it said the password was incorrect. It’s just crazy to me. It just needs more ways to sign in and allow you to update your email and your phone number. The only thing that could have been incorrect was the email, as I have two! But yet I couldn’t even login/update it.

   Fazoli’s at the Muskegon MI location has been one of our favorite places to go to for quite sometime.... however, today was different story....took 3 different people to try to understand we wanted 2 lunch specials...spaghetti with meat sauce with 2 house salads with fat free Italian dressing.....upgrade 2 diet Coke’s to medium size....while we finally did get what we wanted it was not the correct price... we paid the couple dollars extra just to get away from this place as we had been in the drive thru line and at the pick up window for nearly a half hour.... the truck in front of us had the same problem getting their order understood but after a long time, after paying, they were send to waiting area to get their order and were still sitting in that area when we left.....it appears this location has lost their long time workers and don’t have enough trained staff to train the new hires... absolutely terrible service... we won’t go back for a long time to try it again... if they survive until that time. Good Luck!
