   Nov 20th 2024: love the app, keep up the good work and updates. However, I don’t care for the new shaded areas under the graph lines. Makes the lines less visible or sharp. Kind of has a shaded look to it. Just my opinion, not a big deal either way. I think updates are fun, if it stays this way I won’t care. Dec 1st 2023: 5 stars but can someone please fix the app back to how it was, or at least a little???? Ok, idk exactly what it is but the new update I just don’t care for. I love changes and updates, but this time the 3 boxes at the top don’t even fit on the screen without scrolling a little. Like it doesn’t fit. And the numbers on the right of all of my stocks just scramble together (at a quick glance). Idk but before I felt like there was some separation. I’m sure I’ll get used to it but currently I don’t care for how it kind of blends together at a quick glance and for someone who does daily trades when work is slow, this makes it a little less comfortable (again at a quick glance, but still worth noting). Keep up the good work though! Love the app…..uhhh if anyone is reading this (following is just bonus requests) I’ll also ask for faster after hour trade updates for any stock (by the second, is that possible?!) and more often updates for my portfolio(idk what you do but double it lol) thanks again!! Previous review below back idk when: Love the app. Thank you! Only thing is, I have Schwab, can you please connect it faster and more frequently? Or maybe a push button on my side that will update it, something I’d use after doing multiple transactions maybe. TD Ameritrade seems to be linked properly. Currently I’ve tried deleting the connection to schwab and reconnected and it still doesn’t have my portfolio, this has been going on for a couple days, first time I’ve seen it do this. Please fix. Still giving five stars!

2. 4/5Yahoo has always been a great source of free financial info but the must fire 1 dept completely

   I have used Yahoo Finance for over 30 years and it has greatly helped increase my wealth with quality data. They have been 5 stars with me for quite awhile but now I give them a 4 as they need to fire 1 entire department in its entirety and most will agree. I just started actively trading again so the best area to get leads or second opinions for over 100% to 1,000 % gains has been the comments section in the individual stock profiles. So I go in and attempt to ask some simple questions like “does anyone know what stock service lets you trade FNMA stock?” Which was instantly flagged. Why? I appear to be banned from the comment section as I cannot even post whether I think a stock is bullish or bearish or ask others option on earnings. Why would these simple posts be automatically flagged? Yet certain stock message boards have been rendered completely useless due to spammers posting political garbage about Tump, Musk, or even completely statements that make no sense as they were created by a spambot. I can’t ask a simple question but a spambot computer can post “Biden smokes crack” over 50 times a day on 1 stock board. So yes they need to fire the yahoo chairman and all of his employees that work in this department. As it called Yahoo Finance not Yahoo Political Spam & garbage!

   Apr 25 - This app just seems to keep getting worse and worse with every update and this latest one was a forced update for charts, so no way to keep what worked before. The April version made the various views look like garbage and hid the most convenient elements that used to be there. I have over a hundred stocks in one of my watch lists and I used to be able to see a couple dozen per page and view daily changes easily with a quick glance. Now, only about 6 to 10 stocks show up per page and there is no way to change the zoom / text size. Changing my master size settings for my phone would throw off all my other apps that look normal. Then they got rid of the really handy time-period selection at the bottom of charts where you could quickly select a 1 mo / 6 mo / 1 yr / 5 yr view. Now you have to click a drop-down list and fiddle to scroll through the choices. And the charts just look terrible now, especially with multiple comparisons added to one chart. YAHOO - PLEASE FIRE THE WHOLE PROGRAMMING TEAM IMMEDIATELY BEFORE THEY DESTROY WHAT YOU HAVE LEFT OF THE FINANCE APP COMPLETELY! IT JUST KEEPS GETTING WORSE WITH EVERY SINGLE UPDATE! 2024 - Everything about this latest update is terrible. I used to have my chosen portfolio always visible and could search tickers right from there, but now it’s a chore to get anywhere. You can’t even search for another stick ticker from one of your watched stock lists. Please revert back to the previous version, which just worked.

4. 3/5Syncing Issues

   I use this app daily and am so grateful to have access to it, however, for the last year there has been a syncing issue that has gotten progressively worse. Since I don’t make big changes it wasn’t a big deal at first. But over time I have made some new acquisitions and lately a few reallocations. These shifts in funds have not been accurately demonstrated in the app. This means that the app is showing a totally different portfolio than what I have. I’ve had to manually add the new assets into a separate folder to follow them. This does not give me an accurate portrayal of my finances. I’ve searched for a fix but only seem to come up with things that place the burden on my end. For example, clear my cache. I find that to be the most basic response when a company isn’t working to solve the issue. There are so many people frustrated with this issue. Additionally, if you are aiming towards having all parties paying customers, it seems a better tactic to have an extremely good working app and charge in tiers. Personally, I would consider paying a small subscription fee for a working app over an app that doesn’t work. As it stands now, I would not pay for this app service. It is very unfortunate because this app is vital with the information it provides. I’m hopeful a fix or some support for this issue can be provided.

5. 1/5Ruined by trolls - please fix

   Update. The new changes make the comments section even worse. The mute button is now gone! This is moving in the wrong direction. The mute button was great because it allowed individuals to decide who they didn’t want to hear from without affecting everyone else. It would be a lot better to add an unmute feature than to eliminate this feature entirely. The way this app handles reporting of abuse is an affront to free speech!! Please fix this problem! A lot of great posts are being deleted. Some users are apparently flagging the posts using the “Report Abuse” option which seems to delete those posts for everyone. Here are some suggestions to fix this problem… 1) Users should be able to mark another user as a “trusted user” and if that person’s post get reported as abuse, everyone that trusts that user should still be able to see that post. 2) There needs to be an option for a user to “Hide This Post”. Being able to hide posts a user doesn’t like, instead of just the Report Abuse option (which affects everyone), or mute (which hides ALL posts and not just the one they don’t like) would probably decrease this behavior because it would give people an individual choice to clean up messages they don’t like. Related to this, it would be great to “Show all Posts” for a specific user in case a post is hidden by accident.
