   STILL ZERO STARS!!! You responded to my review about non-stop ads, saying you fixed the ad bugs, asked me to update the app, and update my review. I don’t know what you think you fixed, but it WAS NOT THE AD PROBLEM. You fixed nothing. YOU STILL DESERVE ZERO STARS. But thanks for pretending to fix your problem. Zero Stars is what this app deserves. No app is worth the amount of time it takes to sit through the ads that highjack my phone. The ads aren’t a few seconds long, they last a couple of minutes. And don’t try to exit out of the ad, it will start over from the beginning. I loved the app until recently. Then someone at Stock Master thought it was a great idea to bombard the users with irrelevant, repetitive and long ads. The smart move would have been short ads related to finance and investments. I understand free apps need advertisements, but not first grade word search games. Your app users are intelligent, provide smart advertising. I now get my info elsewhere. The liked everything about the info on Stock Masters, and its setup, but not enough to sit through an afternoon of silly advertisements.

2. 2/5Substantial App with loads of Market Intelligence

   I have given up on the app…the money and time I invested in it continues and the more I depend on it the more frustrating it is. I have gone several days depending on other resources (that consistently work without rebooting, clearing memory, etc) and feel much more relaxed. I have a 9 month old iPhone 12 Pro Max and no problems with any other app but this. The developer has shown me that 97% of the time or something this app works, it feels like it works for me 3% of the time and crashes the other 97%. Now even the extreme steps like flushing memory or rebooting the phone don’t guarantee app stability. The developer seems like a stand up guy and I have appreciated his responses but the problem is far from being resolved. If you are a hobbyist, primarily invest long term, or data isn’t crucial, give it a try because it will probably meet your needs. Otherwise you should be aware that aside from stability there is no afterhours data (except for last transaction) and without upgrading to real time data for $5 more a month more you really can’t depend on the information. Despite paying for lifetime, another $60 a year for data for an app that is unreliable is like using hope as a trading strategy! I am moving on and dumping this baggy. Really wish I hadn’t been patient thinking the app return policy was 90 days. Let my loss be your gain - there are plenty of other fish in the sea.

3. 5/5LET’S BE REALISTIC!

   Let’s be realistic. There are plenty of stock market apps one could choose to select. You do not need to choose this one, certainly one has options. Yet StockMaster, hands down offers the widest range of data and potential stock analysis at a baseline level any non-broker needs. Company financials, charts, news, and even a social media-esque community tab where tons of users share and discuss info related to the stock you’re looking at. Should you buy or not, price caps, growth opportunities. Let’s be realistic, it’s a mobile app. If you are looking for trendy stock articles and insights ... Yahoo is your friend. If you are looking to incorporate this with say an E-Trade account or Fidelity account plus your already premeditated research and strategy. If you want to quickly consider a full set of data in real time, on the fly, with ease. Then look no further than StockMaster my friends.

4. 4/5Ads have gotten longer, still great

   I use this daily. The ads have gotten much more frequent and longer since late 2022, but it is still usable. The comments below were for a short period, but they seemed to have put back the live updates for now. The various view layout is nice, as well as the sector sections. Alerts are perfect. It even shows top 3 stocks on my iphone widget. No complaints except the number of ad increasing. This was fixed: When open it would show the live changes to prices. This week that stopped working, and is only the price when I loaded the app. Idk if this is by design with an update or broken. It is useless without the updated pricing, and add the ads have become so intrusive in the past few months it’s difficult to use, I’ll be switching to an alternative.

5. 1/5Love it forever until recently

   At least they fix the treasuries and bond area. When somebody took it over recently, they killed my stock list that I had been building for years. Otherwise I would’ve paid a monthly fee to keep those I hadn’t upgraded it in many years and then I noticed that the charts begin to get weird as in incorrect. So I went to look to see if I needed to upgrade the app, and I upgraded the app which totally killed all my watchlists. But I could see you people had taken over the app and it now had Advertising and the Advertising messing with the charts so that it looks like the charts are crashing or rising on the very moment of now which never pans out and then many times is in the wrong direction, especially in the futures. That had been fixed a little bit with the incorrect charts once I upgraded it but now it’s just gone bonkers again. I believe it must be the Advertising that is warping out the charting. I’m not positive about that, but somebody mentioned that to me.
