   When I go to the app to put gas and put it in the when I go to pump gas the app will not let me pick the store that I want it keeps on putting me on one store I hope you can see this because I cannot see a thing Mark like I am doing something store that I won’t it will not accept that store it keeps putting my app to the same store I don’t know what this app is getting this or not because it’s just lines going across and not printing any print at all

2. 1/5Bad. False advertising

   The app is okay, but its implementation is bad. A few glaring issues that I hate about my weigels rewards: one the pumps say you get a discount when you use your weigels card but it actually doesn’t, you, they advertise a discount on your gas when you use your card, but when you use it, surprise, no discount and there doesn’t seem to be any way to actually get a discount on the app or card itself, very strange and false advertising. There is also a massive issue with free rewards such as weigel wednesdays. On Wednesday the store employees take all the freebies off the shelf and store them in the back or they will use the blank cards they have upfront and claim all the freebies for themselves, leaving none behind, which I have personally seen employees do many times at multiple weigels locations. Seems like a bad loophole weigels shouldn’t allow. Remove the blank rewards cards. Only twice out of 50 times have I ever gotten a free item before they yank them all off the shelf.

   For the previous two weeks I have recorded alerts for free items that were not actually free or available. I won’t pay attention to this alerts from here on out. I came to the store both times but this time I didn’t make a purchase because I feel tricked. I may just delete the app all together.

4. 1/5Freebies aren’t working

   With the new update came the password change which is fine. But now I can’t get my free items. It’s happened 2 weeks in a row now that I’ve scanned the free item and scanned my app card and it said that my account wasn’t found or was unknown? So I used both my phone numbers and it just wouldn’t take the price off. I’ve heard this has happened to multiple people and we can’t find a way to fix it. If we are able to use my phone number (which means my card is active) then why can’t I have my free items?

5. 1/5App is atrocious

   I hate this app. Lost my old card but they need a phone number registered to put a new card in on the same account. Why? Then I try to update the card and end up in an endless loop of hit register, ask for information, ask if I want to turn on notifications, fail to load, ask if I want to register again. I shouldn’t have to spend 25 min to register a card for a gas station and then be unable to actually register it. As someone who really likes weigels this app makes me hate them
