1. 3/5Work mode of the app isn’t working

   I’m unable to do my learning on the go high 5 training because my app won’t let me go into work mode to do the training. When I try to switch from personal to work mode, it says that “work mode is not accessible on your personal device.” The learning on the go app is also missing from my app.

2. 2/5App issues and thangs need changed

   There is a lot of things wrong with this app. The layout is awful and can be very confusing and not helpful. Switching from My Schedule to were everything is going to be on here then everything needs to be ran more smoothly and efficiently. Request time off or days off is A LOT MORE CONFUSING and was much simpler and easier on My Schedule. You also now can’t see who your working with anymore on days you work witch is also very awful because if you have a call off or something and need to find a replacement for an evening shift you don’t know who worked the morning and could be wasting your time calling in people that worked morning shift already. Seeing who you work with IS A MUST.

3. 1/5Too many bugs

   The first version of the tsc&me app was GREAT! It let me clock in and out every time and was very reliable. It used to show me the daily, weekly, and monthly sales goal and how much we had to go towards those goals. Now i guess tractor supply expects us to do training and other work related activities from our personal devices and the app is trash. It doesn’t show sales goals anymore and HARDLY ever works to use the clock in/out feature. Whats the point of the app if it never works to clock in and out. Also i will not be expected to use success factors from home to work on training. So I’m not sure why that needed to be added to junk up the app. Put it back to the old app that made more sense to the team members.

4. 1/5It’s a PAIN to be honest.

   This app is a pain, and I’ll explain why I think that. It’s not a issue with freezing or even how slow the app is. It’s the fact that the useful tools and features on this app that make it worth having and make my work life easier, constantly get changed and removed. They are constantly fixing what’s not broken. Leave the app alone and give us back our tools that make our work life easier. Such as being able to see my teams schedule. So I can see who I’m working with manager and teammate wise. So I’ll know how to prepare for my day. Very frustrating!

5. 1/5I hate it

   Half of the time, the app doesn’t even load. The other half of the time, it freezes and boots me out. My time-off requests are dust in then wind, and I cannot access my schedule when I need to. Store managers can’t seem to figure out the new scheduling system, which leaves entire teams struggling to adapt to wonky schedule releases, unhinged publishings, and almost no communication. I hate this app. I hate that it over-complicates simple procedures. I hate that it was released, chock full of bugs, insufficiencies and shortcomings. Yuck.
