NEW FEATURES • Learners can access Open Content Network (OCN) courses more seamlessly when using Single Sign On (SSO). • Users can view planned working times and record working times in unit days instead of hours in Mobile Time Sheet. • Mobile geofencing allows users to view distance from the nearest geofence and clock time within their assigned geofence. • The latest People Profile allows users to edit job relationships, access data like pension payouts and trend information, and supports field masking in more cards. • The latest People Profile has an updated employment switcher that indicates past or future inactive standard (instead of concurrent) employments. • When users save someone’s profile information to their phone contacts from the Profile Preview, the link to the person's Org Chart is no longer included. • Users can switch between their multiple active employments, allowing them to access data and perform actions specific to each employment. • Administrators can customize user information to show in Mobile Org Chart. • If enabled, an updated experience introduces a splash screen, updated header, and new Home, To-Do, Browse, and Profile and Settings screens.

BUG FIXES • We fixed an issue on the Create Time Event screen where the time picker closed before users could complete their selection. • We fixed an issue with Learning’s Block Calendar feature that caused AM and PM to be displayed incorrectly when saving classes to the calendar in certain languages.

BUG FIXES • We fixed an issue where users were signed out unexpectedly when returning to an in‑app web page, such as the Job Information details in the legacy People Profile, following device sleep or a period of inactivity.

NEW FEATURES • Employees can access HR support services from SAP SuccessFactors Enterprise Service Management. • Employees can create and delete temporary holiday calendars and temporary work schedules in Mobile Time Off. • Time recording in days is supported in Mobile Time Sheet. • Users can add goals to Performance Management and 360 Reviews forms by creating goals from goal libraries or using generative AI. • Employees can view up to three additional, read-only fields in the Full Profile header and leave optional boolean fields unselected when editing profiles. New profile photos are saved in portrait format. • Administrators can apply a default background image to all employees' profiles for consistent branding. They no longer see obsolete global assignments in the employment switcher. • Users can select AI-translated locales in mobile apps and see the Explore More section with banner cards on the home screen. • The sign-in screen now shows the previously signed-in user and includes a Deactivate option.

NEW FEATURES • We redesigned the Performance Management experience with a landing screen of Inbox, En Route, and Completed folders, and more form details such as the introduction, route map, review dates, manager-employee rating gaps, images and links in section descriptions, and custom fields configured by your organization. • The home screen displays supplemental tasks created by administrators. • Attachment download is now supported in hybrid pages of Mobile People Profile. • Users can edit profile information directly from Full Profile summary cards and add records on empty cards, without opening the detail page.
