   I’ve been shopping for Children’s Place since my kids are little now that my son has two little dudes. I shop for them. I’m currently shopping for my four-year-olds preschool school clothes and I’m having the best time and getting so many deals. Definitely sign up for the app get all of their coupons and you can really get a lot of stuff for not very much money and this stuff lasts way longer than the Old Navy does. And always buy it big because they have the adjustable waist. First I ordered on my iPad and had everything ordered I’d put in a 30% discount and then I had another 30% discount and then I had 10% discount because I always ship to the store where my grandsons live. I’m having a really difficult time with them accepting my coupons. I had to download the app on my iPad but it didn’t register the 30% off then when I went to the details it said you had to do it on the mobile app so when I switch to my phone in the mobile app the $600 order was not on there so now I’m having to go through and add the whole thing again and not sure if it is even going to take my 30% mobile app coupon. I have not used my coupon or ever shopped online I usually just go to the store so hopefully I will get all my coupons and I can keep saying that you get good deals. Because I’ve pretty much been doing this all day trying to figure out their app and it’s kind of hard to determine if you already have something in your box and to also edit it. It seems to be easier now that I’m on the mobile app but I’m not sure I’ll be getting my coupons like I said so we’ll see if it works out.

2. 5/5Best Children’s Store!

   I use to ALWAYS shop at The Children’s Place when my 3 older Children were younger. They grew out of the sizes of course as they grew older, so unfortunately we had to retire from our FAVORITE STORE!! But hey now I AM BACK!! To make a long story short, I started all over again & have my new little guy who will grow to love The Children’s Place just like his big Sister’s & Brother did. I just made my first purchase online & so excited that I can once again enjoy shopping for my little guy here. I followed the sizing guide on the site & I’m really hoping everything fits him well. My baby will be a year old next month & he is in a size 12-18 months based off the store sizing guide. I buy him 18 months at other stores & they fit him well. He weighs 20 pounds, 11 ounces & he is 32 inches long. So I decided to go with size 12-18 months, I did get 1 of his jackets in 18-24 months only because the reviews said it ran small. I hesitated a little & wanted to get him 18-24 months, but he is tall & thin & any bigger I think the pants will fall off of his waist. Fingers are crossed over here!! 🤞 I will update this post once we receive our 1 order of many more to come in the future!!

3. 1/5Annoyed And Frustrated!

   Recently decided to download the app after falling in love with the deals that they offer. I quickly found out this download would be a big regret! First issue downloaded the app after making my first purchase via the regular safari/ web. After login for the first time i could not view my order it just kept saying no orders. I logged out to try again only to realize that even after I selected remember me and to use Face ID to login it would not work causing me to have to log in manually. Second I tried making another purchase through the app because I have since gained $15 in rewards I wanted to use but the codes wouldn’t transfer over it kept telling me the codes were invalid. Tried this for about 20-30 minutes before actually getting it to work. I thought the purpose of this app was to make lives easier, I could’ve gone to the store and spent less time making this purchase than I did doing it on this app. Third after waiting for my items t come in the mail, I received an email the day they’re supposed to come saying the items never made it to the the first stop and my items were delayed another 3 days. Highly disappointed with the quality of this app and lack of concern there seems to be to fix these issues. I’ve read multiple reviews with very similar issues to mine. Get it together guys!! Your product is worth buying the experience however, will make me change my mind when it comes to shopping here!!!

4. 5/5So helpful in such a bad time

   Muhammad with the customer service corporate office is one of the nicest men I have ever spoken to. I am going through multiple severe health issues and did not receive almost $500 worth of clothes. As a single mom of two young children with no support around that is very stressful. I had used the credit card, and so it was jeopardizing my credit score. I was so worried because I have no income due to waiting for disability. On top of that, with my son’s 5th birthday coming up I was worried about not having some of the things I had bought him and my daughter. I was pleasantly surprised by both companies (the bank and Children’s Place) going above and beyond to help me and they even made sure to keep me updated through the whole waiting process, knowing I was already dealing with health issues. They ended up clearing it up and Muhammad even took the time to explain the benefits I had since I had spent so much. I honestly felt like I was talking to a family member. Thank you for your help and for all the amazing advice!!

5. 1/5Don’t use this app

   At first I thought this app would be helpful I would be able to look at good sales good clearance deals and order it all from my phone for in-store pick up. I’ve had this app for probably around a year now, it was always good for that purpose. Except when I placed an order on the app for in-store pick up for a single pair of pants for school on. I place the order at 4:25 PM I pulled up to the mall in which children’s place is inside at 6 PM. To uncover that my order wasn’t even processed and received at the store. But yet the money for the purchase had been taken from my account. Upon trying to use the app to then cancel the order since it was not received you will be told that it is impossible to cancel an order that is not received yet at the store. Putting me in a bind considering I could not afford 2 pairs of pants at the moment. Reaching out through the app for customer support is a negative, you must either call or email. Calling did nothing considering the kind customer service rep behind the phone could barely distinguish what I was saying in English. I was then told by the on the phone customer service rep to go in store to receive a refund. When I went in the store I was told in store that I would have to get my refund published through the online customer service. I strongly recommend not using the app and just sticking to in-store purchasing. That would also be some thing I would recommend that we look into fixing for this app is getting chat available services to be able to discuss customers experiences and/or problems in a quicker and easier to handle manner.
