   I’m 63 and have been wearing old navy since my 30s. When I found the app I’d moved somewhere there wasn’t an old navy and was I ever pleased. My daughter is 33 and we used to do mom daughter trips to the mall and we’d always hit old navy. The prices were great and the quality was spectacular! I’ve been shopping off those apps from other countries and it wasn’t till I got my first old navy older that I realized the quality difference. I just hit a 4th of July sale and got my favorite old navy flip flops for $2 a pair!! I got black and hit order before realizing they had my old favorites cheery on the sole and polka dots. I made a separate order and got those too. Of course I bought some poplin sleep shorts and can’t wait for fall to get them in long legs instead lol shorts. The prices online are VERY reasonable! And don’t forget the ribbed tank tops a staple for summer. I could go on and on how I love Old Navy. But go do a haul you won’t regret it. There clothes really hold up for years too. I have some rubbed tank tops that are at least 8 years old and still fit great and the color hasn’t faded. Have fun shopping. Check in often for online sales!! 🍒⚓️🛟

2. 2/5Lots and lots of bugs!! Latest update made it worse - Spring 2022

   This app is really not great, when you search for some thing it gives you results for more than what you’re looking for which is really annoying, you have to use the filter option every time. It is constantly losing my favorites, causing me to re-save them. The “find in store” feature absolutely never works!!! Been trying for months and it always says store availability is unavailable. Why even offer that as an option if you’re not going to have a functioning button? What it’s starting to do now is that it reads my Face ID to log in, takes me to the home screen and then starts all over again with the spinning refresh wheel only to take me back to the log in page to read my face ID again, accepts it and do it all over again and again. I have to kill the app and start over and that usually works but it does this every time I open now. You can’t even get past the login screen to go on the app, it forces you to login as soon as you open it. Which is why I am leaving this review, it’s just icing on the cake at this point. The only thing it’s good for is adding items to your card and checking out, every other basic retail app offers that. I would shop on there Mobile website exclusively due to these issues but it does not offer a view of my favorites in My Account at all so I’m forced to use the app, who deletes them every few months. If it wasn’t for that, I would never even bother with the app. Fix your app, old navy tech developers!!!!

3. 1/5Tired of app sign-in issues!

   I am tired of the fact that every time I open this or the Gap app (and I download the second one trying to bypass this problem), I am asked to sign in, and when I try to do so, 9 times out of 10, it’s just not going to happen. I will eventually get an access denied message, and there are two resolution issues listed, which don’t work, and they ask you to click on a link to let them know, but that link will never open! And the one time out of 10 that I may be able to sign in, it takes countless tries and all kinds of finagling for it to eventually occur. Right now, it’s not happening, and that’s when I decided to come here to leave this review, because I’m just done! And I’m angry at them for other issues, as well. I’m not getting credit for returns I’ve sent back and Gap just sold me an item that was listed even in the title as being the luxury fabric, Modal, yet when I received it, the tag says it is 95% polyester & 5% spandex. One of the main reasons I shop with them is because there’s so many cotton (& modal) items. I don’t wear polyester; it is plastic, it is just a garbage fabric, and it is the hottest, cheapest, most unbreathable fabric there is, and I would never have purchased that item had it been listed as being polyester. Never. So I question their ethics, for sure. And I don’t understand why they’re not fixing their apps’ issues. This is ridiculous. It has been going on for too long and I’m tired of it. I’m done.

4. 2/5Can’t login, search feature isn’t great, hard to shop on

   The first big issue is that I can’t login into the app. When attempting it just makes me sign in over and over and over again so I just have to go to website where I can login in once and with no issue. Second problem is the search feature is terrible, I could copy and paste the exact name of the item from the site into the search on the app and it wouldn’t find it. You just have to hope you have your categories right and infinitely scroll. Third problem is just over all the app is hard to shop on, it’s hard to search, navigating its own build in deals ads takes you to a list of items that you can’t sort to only see relevant things to you, going back doesn’t take you to your old spot so you have to scroll back to it, and items take a long time to load. Forth big issue is stock, I find a lot of items that are out of stock in every color and size but it’s still on the app as if you can buy it. I understand things might be waiting on delayed restock but if you can’t buy it period at least grey it out of something. Fifth not that big of an issue but still an issue is the retail stores don’t seem to carry men’s pants above 38 and xl, but on the site sizes go up into the 50’s so in store pick up is never an option

   Nice try on the (glowing) pre-written review you had ready for me. Unfortunately, for both you and I, my experience on this app hasn’t been……. the greatest. Anyways let me get to why I’m here. I love old navy styles for my kids and the jeans fit me great, but the app is really starting to put a gloom on the shopping experience for me. When I’m happily scrolling threw items and I almost get 2/3 of the way down, the page reloads, completely deleting the whole section of clothing I was just admiring and replacing it with different clothes. The clothes I now see are the ones that are supposed to be at the bottom of the page (guessing here). Also this hasn’t just happened once, this happens EVERY TIME I scroll down 2/3 of the way, and it’s been happening since I’ve had the app (1 1/2-2 years) every update I hope for the best but yet it happens, again, and again, so on and so forth. Please fix this issue. I would love to actually see every piece of clothing you have to offer and not bits and pieces of your collection. If I can screen record this happening I will send you the footage. I have tried everything to avoid the reload, scrolling slowly, scrolling really fast, exiting out and going back in to the category, deleting the app and re-downloading etc. Nothing has worked. Oh this is the third device I’ve had the app issues on, and this happens on both the old navy section and the gap section in EVERY category/section (I haven’t tried the other brands offered so I’m not sure about those) has this been a problem with any other app customers? Thank you for your time and hopefully I can have a much better time shopping with you soon.
