3/5Ground transportation very incomplete
I have not used this app enough to write a full review. However, I would like attention to the incomplete ground transportation. If you want to be as helpful as to provide information about ground transportation, it needs to be better than the case is with CPH (Copenhagen, Denmark). It seems like each time I tap on Ground Transportation I get a different set of instructions, some of them possibly correct, some of them involving taking a bus to the main Copenhagen railroad station to take a train from there, while in fact you can take a train straight from the airport. Fortunately I am familiar enough with CPH to know my way around, but this could be confusing to a lot of people.

1/5Janky App and No Tech Support
I have an upcoming flight. Since the ticket is electronic I can't conveniently check in, see updates, or choose meals or seats. The long wait for telephone customer service did yield a promise for someone to call but it's been a week. I just deleted the APP since I could get it to work in the US or when I was in Northern Europe last month. I did learn some tricks from Reddit and was able to log into the laptop using a hotspot. I'm sure there's a setting I could toggle off or on but unfortunately I've run out of time to keep trying. Save yourselves. Book through Delta.

1/5Game of Chance Booking
Don’t book unless and if and only off they offer a sale. If you book you will pay an inflated price and SAS will offer the same trip at half price. They will not refund the difference of what you paid vs. what the rest of the passengers on your fight paid. Normally those who book early are rewarded with the best airfare but not at SAS. They start off with the top price. The early booker is the sucker that pays for the flights fuel and staff. The winners are the late bookers who waited for the suckers who booked early and they are rewarded with a half price fare. I would avoid SAS all together. I’ll never do business with them again. Thought you should know.

1/5Garbage app for a garbage airline
It saddens me Delta would choose to partner with an airline that has such a horrible app and practices. Wasn’t able to choose our seats until the day before and now we are screwed for our entire 20 hour trip. They’re going to make us check our carry ons since this is the first of many flights. So we’re are just screwed for the rest of the flights that allow our carry ons. Not to mention every part of the pathetic app you try to use there’s always a message that says “Sorry, we are a malfunctioning piece of sewage and can’t process your request right now. Please contact customer service. NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

5/5Five stars — and twenty years of flying to compare it to
I’ve been flying internationally for two decades, and the SAS app is the first one that actually made me feel like the airline had my back. Boarding pass, gate changes, real-time disruption updates — all there before I had to ask and actually works flawlessly. No frantic refreshing, no rebooking-line panic, no second-guessing what was happening with my connection. It just worked. Quietly, calmly, exactly when I needed it. The closest thing to zero-stress travel I’ve ever experienced. Thank you Scandinavian Airlines, I can’t wait to fly with you again!
