   Randalls has the deli around. Great selection of food. Randalls have the most reasonable pricing and also has specials in deli. The fried fish is so delicious, the morning burritos are wonderful and one burrito feeds my wife & me, it is so large. If you love chicken, Randalls is the place to go. Monday is chicken day. You cannot not find any other place that has such great chicken and so much cheaper than a chicken restaurant. Fried, baked, roasted all R so delicious. Easy on your budget to feed a family of 4. Try it and it will B one of your special cooked food places and cheaper than any other place.

2. 5/5Unable to add items to scheduled pickup

   I can only Skip items from scheduled Subscribe & Save. Unable to add them back if I change my mind. If I want to add additional items for Curbside pickup, the app will only start a new order and want to add a fee of $3.95 if the additional items are under $35. Having to go in the store is a bad compromise for a senior citizen with serious health issues. Please correct this app so your customers can buy extra items, not just remove items and buy less. The app could be costing you sales and you’d never know it without feedback like this.

3. 3/5Good prices but the app is glitchy

   I love Randall’s specials but the app has a lot of issues. Sometimes when you click on an item in the weekly ad you can’t add to cart, it just brings up 3 or 4 items to click for online coupons (and it’s for things like patio furniture, not for food you would actually buy). I find it confusing that you have to clip the coupons and also add to cart or you don’t get the sale price. And making a list and adding to cart are in different places. But the worst is that when you’re checking out at the store (not doing pickup or delivery) sometimes it won’t give you the sale price. The employees at the store say that you shouldn’t put your phone number in the terminal; you have to go to the app and click something and something else and scan something…very confusing because there are no directions on the screen when you’re checking out.

   Customers continuously tell me the app is difficult to use. Continuously don’t clip things before they come to the register. Consequently, it takes more time to get them rung out and frustrates the customer. The elderly in our society having a difficult time using the app is there a step system that could be put in our system. Also, the Wi-Fi in our store is very iffy. The customer is unable to get their clipped items in their phone before coming to the register. Consequently, they come to the register unprepared, which creates lines. We have to remember we’re working with the senior citizens in our community and they are used to clipping coupons so they need to be educated in this program. Do you suppose there is a fire that could give a step system to the customer as to how to use the app and get the app? As a cashier I know our job is to help the customer but leave us. Remember there are customers that are in a hurry at this time of season. I don’t want to get stuck behind someone trying to use the app. I see where we lose customers and sales due to this problem. We live in a senior citizen city and most customers are those people. This is just a suggestion and an observation that I see daily. Thank you.

5. 5/5Why I love my store!

   I had a stroke on January 31. Thanks to a wonderful God, I survived and made it thru rehab at hospital in Sugarland on February 7 th thru 23. I had home therapy thru the end of April. When I made it to Randall’s I discovered wonderful employees who went out of their way to split up my grocery bags where they were not to heavy for me to carry in when I got home. Also, the store provides “just for U” offers on the items I usually buy which gives me a nice saving. This is why I love my store and will continue to shop there as long as I am able!
