   I absolutely love the 99 Ranch Market app! As someone who goes to the physical store all the time, this app is a total game-changer. Seriously, the store has almost everything I need for Asian products, and now the app makes my trips so much better. I can check the inventory at my local market before I even leave the house. This lets me plan my grocery runs way more efficiently—no more wasted trips! Plus, I really appreciate that you can switch between Chinese and English. That makes it super user-friendly and just a great experience overall. If you shop at 99 Ranch, you need this app!

2. 1/5Poor design and Bad UE experience

   The newest version is not as convenient as the old version when I first tried it 3-4 months ago. It’s completely not convenient and easy to navigate. 1. The sold out items are not necessarily showing in the item available list, or at least not suppose to be in the middle of them. 2. Every category should have an “all” option so that we don’t have do click 10 times to go through all different kinds. For example when I’m interested in knowing what fruits you have available, I would like to have a option to see all you have in stored instead clicking apple, orange .... 3. The app used to have a “ Deal/Weekly deal” category on the home page, and now this feature is gone. If we wondering is there any deal/ promotions for the week, we should be able to know without going through every single click for the whole app.

   5-Star Review for 99 Ranch Market 99 Ranch Market is a fantastic place for anyone looking for high-quality Asian groceries, fresh produce, and a wide variety of authentic ingredients. The store is always well-stocked with fresh seafood, premium cuts of meat, and a diverse selection of imported goods that are hard to find elsewhere. One of the best things about 99 Ranch is its fresh seafood section—you can even have your fish cleaned and prepared on-site. 4. 2/5Terrible shopping experiences

   I was corralled into installing this app. 99 market does not permit store browsing on web. Well, I installed the app and was first greeted by very distracting auto-advancing images and it got worse. I have a good idea what I want to buy, and distracting me with unwanted products advertising. Not only was this very annoying, but the “deals” I was force fed weren’t that great. It would have been tolerable if the auto advance could be turned off. This made the actual product shopping terrible. I found what I was shopping for but had difficulty reading the product labels, the image zoom wasn’t supported and there was a second to read before the image replaced. I uninstalled this awful app. I can’t believe this is what passes as human factors with this company

   This app makes shopping at 99 Ranch so much easier and more convenient. I love how user-friendly the interface is — everything is well-organized, and it’s easy to find weekly deals, browse new arrivals, and search for specific products. The ability to place online orders for pickup or delivery has been a game changer for my busy schedule. I also appreciate the digital membership card and coupons that are seamlessly integrated into the app. Highly recommend for anyone who shops at 99 Ranch!
