You are THE STANDARD for groceries (open one in my home city of NOLA ⚜️, please...thanks!). CM offers an UNMATCHED customer experience! From superb service from AMAZING employees to high quality products to a pristine environment...CM, YOU are THE standard in this industry. NOW, you have a SUPERB user-friendly APP that offers a SUPERB INTERFACE and UX (user experience...I’m in technology). I’ve been waiting for this APP (I was using the website, prior...) and let’s just say it was worth the wait! You delivered and I expected you to...you exceeded the expectation! Keep being great! Let’s get the store opened in Uptown on McKinney in Uptown Dallas, consider New Orleans (...we NEED CM in my home city...let’s talk about it!), let’s open also in food deserts here in South Dallas and Oak Cliff (neighbors there DESERVE CM!).    I use the curbside twice a week. Mostly everything is prefect but the seafood department too often makes mistakes. I ordered a one pound whole flounder and received a 1/4 pound flounder, not easy to feed two people. Recently I ordered a walleye filet when I got home I found out the scales had not been removed. I had such a difficult time trying to remove the scales I ended up trashing it. When I talked to someone in the seafood department the person told me that some people liked to leave the scales on especially redfish, which I understand. I told him that was interesting because when I tried to get redfish with the scales on I had been told they couldn’t do it. The most disappointing thing is their attitude, the instead of just apologizing they argue and I never get any follow up.

3. 5/5Central Market Web Based Ordering & Delivery is Amazing

   HEB Central Market is my favorite grocery store. The selection of fresh produce, cuts of meat, fresh seafood, fresh baked breads, wines, and cheeses are the very best in the DFW area. Alas, as I live in Arlington, and my nearest HEB Central Market is in Fort Worth, I did not frequent my favorite grocer as often as I, and they, might like. Now that I’ve learned of the HEB Central Market App and Home Delivery, I’m ordering my favorite seafood, produce, cuts of meat, breads, and cheeses more often. Central Market delivers to my doorstep. If only HEB Central Market would open up in Arlington. Still, with the HEB Central Market App and Home Delivery, I have convenient, easy access to my favorite grocery store.

4. 4/5Great app but search needs improvement

   Love the app, but the search capabilities have changed in the latest update which makes it hard to find what you are looking for. You have to click into the input box, type something in hope the drop down will have that option and then you need to select it. Tried looking for German beer or the actual name of the product and the search button is disabled despite showing it’s active. I have to type in beer, wait for it to run the query, select beer in the drop down and then search through all the hundreds of beer listed to find the one brand I know y’all carry instead of me just looking for it directly. I’m not sure why the functionality was striped away, but it’s adding more user tasks & stress than before. I hope this gets revisited soon.

   Always fresh, always exciting, always getting list in the labyrinth of culinary delights. They have all the stuff the other stores don’t carry plus the stuff they DO carry, so it’s a one stop food shopping sanctuary! Everything from escargot to prime bison steaks, they seem to have it all! The staff is friendly, professional and the hey know where everything is and can answer question within reason that might pop- up; quite unlike the home improvement warehouses we’ve been relegated to these past several years. Oh dear, I forgot the mushrooms 🍄‍🟫
