1. 1/5Horribly unreliable app consistent with equally horribly unreliable website

   I’ll give it to Priority Pass - they’re nothing if kit consistent, as in consistently unreliable. I had a bunch of glitches with my login on the website that no one could figure out, so I tried to see if the app was any better. Oddly enough, despite non-stop problems with my login on the website, the exact same credentials worked without issue on the app. Go figure. However, when I try to save my Priority Pass card to my Apple Wallet from the app, I keep getting an error that says “We had a problem adding your card to the wallet. Please try again when you’re online.” Except I am online each and every time I’ve tried this. I’ve tried updating the app, and deleting/re-installing it, none of which makes a difference when you’re dealing with a developer like PP that makes a shoddy product (both on the web and in their app) and doesn’t care enough or know how to support it.

   I got lounge access through my Amex card. This app is just not that helpful. The lounge service is paltry to non-existent. I travel maybe twice a year. I got to LAX today. Open the app. It asked for my password. Of course, the app told me that I typed the wrong password. I had to reset it. And then the app told me that I can’t use the same password. After I got in the app, I chose the airport. I don’t see a lounge. And the app doesn’t tell you that. It lists a place that you get a10% discount if you spend over $25. I did a google search which tells me that there’s a lounge as of November 2022. I called customer service. I had a hard time understanding the man’s accent. After about 5 minutes, the man told me that priority pass does not have a lounge at LAX. What a waste of my time!! This isn’t an airport in the middle of no where. If you don’t have a lounge there, please say so clearly. Don’t waste your customer’s time. Frankly, I am disappointed with Amex as well. Please don’t provide this type of worthless add-on benefit.

3. 1/5Priority Pass Lounge at the Midway Airport in Chicago

   My wife and I recently visited the Priority Pass Lounge at Midway Airport in Chicago, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, we found the lounge full and were placed on a waitlist. After waiting about 20 minutes, we were finally admitted, only to discover that the food options were extremely limited. There was little more than cereal, drip coffee (since the coffee machine was out of service), and a small selection of muffins. There were no protein options—no eggs, no meat, not even proper pastries. While they did offer alcohol, it’s hardly appealing for those of us arriving at 10 a.m. looking for breakfast. The service also felt lacking, and for the fees associated with our Chase Sapphire membership, the overall experience did not meet expectations. As a result, I left a one-star review for both Chase and Priority Pass. They need to seriously reconsider their offerings if they want to retain customers and justify the high annual fees.

   I’ve been using Priority Pass for the past two years, and up until recently, it’s been a great benefit. However, my experience this year has been increasingly frustrating, which is why I feel compelled to write this review. It started when my home city, which never had a lounge, only offered access to a restaurant with a $25 credit. While not ideal, it was something I could use. However, even that option is now gone. Since then, I’ve encountered ongoing issues accessing lounges during my travels. Just today, I ran into the same problem at two different airports: all four lounges were fully booked until Friday. This is becoming a recurring issue. For the amount of money I’m paying, it’s frustrating to be turned away time and time again, especially when the only benefit I relied on is being steadily taken away. Over the course of this year, I’ve only been able to access one lounge, and that experience was far from satisfactory. I waited 45 minutes for drinks, never received the food I ordered, and spent a total of 76 minutes traveling to and from the lounge and my gate. At this point, I feel that Priority Pass is no longer delivering on its promises. Despite continuing to charge a premium, the service and access have declined significantly. I’m deeply disappointed and frustrated by the lack of value for the money I’m spending.

5. 1/5Punta Cana International Airport Complain

   We got inside the lounge closest to Terminal A at Punta Cana International Airport, the people working at this lounge were super nice towards us, but the food and beverages that the lounge offered were really bad, the food selection was small and didn’t taste that good, also the only alcoholic drinks that they provide are a small selection of liquor and these couple of drink options are the worst and the cheapest kind of drinks, in case I wanted to choose a better liquor brand the ok brands that were available required us to pay for upgrades charges. I have been in 13 different countries and this lounge visit in Punta Cana, DR is the first time I see that inside a lounge drinks are being charged. For example regular margarita, Vodka with juice and even basic frozen piña colada. My review is directly to the food and beverage selections from the lounge, the administration needs to improve at serving bigger selections on food and beverages as well as the quality of the products being served, this way customers (we) will feel comfortable and would want to come back.

   this app is the worst... Loggs you off constantly, so you better remember the password when u fly or else you can't use it and it's not easy to recover.
