Update: The bug has been fixed. The quick response was amazing! Helpful app and an amazing resource is amazing! 5/5 stars! Thanks so much! Original: Whenever I search for a seat and click “Book on _ Airlines” to transfer to the airline website, the app crashes. If this is fixed, I’d give it a higher rating. Please fix.

1/5Update Ruined a near perfect App
I’m a Pro Version subscriber and I have enjoyed the App until recently after the updates. Even the home page is messy and sections that should not have interfered with each others are obscuring the visibility. The alert section doesn’t work anymore. I just tried to create an alert for a May trip with direct flights only and App keeps directing me to a route that “meets criteria“and when I checked, it was referring to some availability in March…and with 2 stops. Also when I opened the pro section to add additional criteria I can’t find the search button anymore by scrolling the page to the bottom. I had to close the pro section for the search button to be seen. Something inconvenient and wasn’t there in the original version. It also took several more steps to enter the airport pair codes…all added frustration to end users

3/5Very frustrating yet super helpful at the same time
The content and overview is really good. There are some really good options available for searching. It's the inconsistencies in the details that are very frustrating. Sometimes you can't find the flights with the airlines. Just yesterday I saw something but when I finally was on the airline website they returned no flights at all. This was with Air Canada. Another example is the booking airline or website option does not work. You might list a flight availability and when I try to check with Qatar Airways the link doesn't work and no flight information is found.

3/5Started great now many issues
The app started great. I am a Pro subscriber and pay close to $10 monthly. However, there have been many issues lately. Search using business class only no longer works. I get 60% of flights that only have economy seats and no business class seats despite me filtering by business class only. Many business class seats are missing despite showing on actual airline websites. Even when I create alerts for premium economy only, I get emails that economy is available per my alert (which is not for economy but premium economy). I hope they fix all this mess.

1/5Not useful tracker
Not only is the pro version not useful there is no way to cancel subscription after trial period and get money back. There are so many layers to my non-user friendly assessment. I believe the software does monitor all the info advertised but they have failed to translate that capability to a user interface or app that gives me the info needed to plan my own personal trips in the future. Maybe I misunderstood this app as a tool for individual traveler and really meant for someone who does this for a living. But I’d still like to request a reasonable portion of my $99 refunded and the ability to delete my acct/payment info. Or just a phone number to make that happen? Website is a black hole for customer service.
