"body": "iPassSafely because I use different passwords for any site I visit often. And I can't begin to remember them all. iPassSafe does a great job of keeping track of those many passwords for me. And they are easily retrieved from my iPassSafe. My only problems have always been solved when I read the directions or instructions. But then I'm a guy. A more forgetful old guy, happily getting more so with the passing years. 70 of them this summer, if lucky. I highly recommend this security app. I use it many times daily.",

"body": "I have several passwords and access codes to keep up with. The ones that I do not use quite as often I sometimes forget or get confused. An added difficulty is security software that mandates a new password periodically. I love ipassSafe. It is so convenient having access to passwords, access codes and other sensitive information at your finger tips when needed. Thanks!",

"body": "I have used this app for several years and it was great UNTIL TODAY! Over the years I have accumulated an abundance of passwords and other pertinent information I needed to retain in a safe place! Well, the new iOS 15.1 update completely wiped out all the data from the app! I’ve sent an email to the tech-support Although, I have not received a response yet. By the looks of the boatload of reviews I probably can expect NOT to receive a response! I’ll get started on rebuilding the data again in ANOTHER APP of course! This is so disappointing.",

"body": "Several times I have entered information in this app. Several times I have tried to open the app & am required to enter a new passcode. When I do ALL of the information I spent hours entering are gone, deleted!! So, again I enter the passwords and again today I needed to look up a password I was required to create a new passcode. I did now the file is wiped clean! The first time this happened I thought I had accidentally hit something wrong. Entered all of my passwords then bam! I get the login screen telling me to enter a new passcode. I wrote to support and I was told to create an .idb file so I did. Well, that file is gone as well!!! What a waste of money!!",

"body": "I purchased and used the pro version of iPassSafe for many year but at the last automatic update the program would crash any time I tried to open and category and file. I emailed support since I can’t find a phone number. It has been almost 2 week and nobody has replied. I’m screwed and the support staff doesn’t seem to care. I have a massive number of passwords in my file along with other critical confidential data but have no way to get to it. Massively disappointed loyal customer here! Since they won’t help long-term customers this review has been my only recourse.",
