"body": "I was getting my cancer meds through Optum Pharmacy and it was on time till last week. They hijacked my other meds (not cancer meds)and just a simple muscle relaxer. I have always gotten it filled at Walgreens pharmacy. Optum is located on the east coast of the USA while Walgreens is across the street from my house. Their reasoning was they could send all my meds. They promised they be here in a week. It’s better to get them in a week or walk across the street? They are so busy hijacking prescriptions that my cancer meds were late. Money grabbing company that does not care about patient care. Since I’ve had to wait for my meds my blood pressure is now sky high. Optum pharmacy is the worst.",

"title": "Terrible app for a questionable business",
"body": "The app rarely works, especially when you want to see your order. There is always an error message that says something like the bug may be fixed if you try again. I’ve been trying for a month. My oncologist put in a prescription for a 3 month supply. They provided a 15 day supply because the medication is expensive, and the doctor may decide not to continue. On the bill it still says it’s a 90 day supply. My most recent order of the prescription arrived and the order said it was for 180 days but it’s 180 pills which is a 30 day supply. The 15 day supply is $39. The 30 day supply is $195. You can’t get an answer from the app why there is such a price increase, and I dread trying to call them again.",

"title": "Fairly Good App",
"body": "I’ve been using this app for as long as it’s been around I think, it’s easy to use, and they are responsive about fixing glitches like when it crashed before log in. The only problem I have with it now is I can’t get the biometrics to work because there is a glitch that prevents me from playing it because their print doesn’t fit am IPhone 14 Pro Max screen and I can’t scroll down. On another note, my medication comes quickly, is tracked to my door and Optum also sends me nice little quotes and a reminder that my medication has been dropped off via an automated phone call. If you have speciality medication I highly recommend them Plus, I like their regular pharmacy for other medications as well, three month refills without the hassle of a pharmacy tech telling me I can’t have something a Dr. has prescribed to me, for reasons the pharmacist tech might not understand. Thanks Optum for taking care of me.",

"title": "Totally Useless - Should be zero star!",
"body": "Zero difference from the browser version and same result - still cannot place the order even though all information is complete and all profile data is up to date. Place order button just turns from dark blue to light blue and nothing happens. The exact same behavior on the browser version. I end up calling anyway and the person on the line tells me that everything is complete and should work - until it doesn’t. Please spend more time doing QA on your product before you release it. This shouldn’t be this hard.",

"body": "After reading the reviews I was so disappointed to learn the app didn’t work. Since the phone calls every two weeks drive me insane, I thought I’d try it for myself. I’m so glad I did. Everything was perfect, my medication is ordered and on it’s way. There were no glitches and it took me 2 or 3 minutes to place my order.",
