   Update: the app is still great to use. My only issue is with the customer service people. They make stuff up as they go along. I take Otezla & am am part of the Otezla copay assistance program. I send my payment through the Accredo app. I’m waiting for a reimbursement check. Called one CS person & after 22 minutes she told me the check was cut and UPS has it so I can track it thru them. I had a tracking number because anything a label is created for UPS, I automatically get notified by email from UPS. I double checked the tracking # & it was still showing only a label was created. I called Accredo back and spent 35 minutes with another CS rep. She told me it could take up to 30 days to get my check. Basically, both reps had NO CLUE what they were talking about and madethings up as they went along. Finally t the 2nd person figured out I had to talk with Otezla, gave me a number I& it was the wrong number 🤦🏻‍♀️. I called Accredo back, spoke with a 3rd person who put me in touch with the right person. Over 90 minutes to figure out where my check is. I’m ready to start taking another medication do it. An come from a different pharmacy! This app makes it so easy to order my refills! I’m going on vacation and just realized I will run out of Otezla while I’m away. With the app, I can order and have it delivered before I leave!

   I will never understand why TRICARE EXPRESS SCRIPTS farmed us out to this company. What in the world were they thinking? I have never in my life dealt with so much incompetence, so many people that don’t know their left from their right and have no earthly idea what’s going on. They consistently cause you to go without medication and they have one excuse after another. I’m so surprised that TRICARE hasn’t caught on sooner just how ridiculous ridiculously incompetent this company is . if you look online there are hundreds and thousands of bad reviews for these people and yet they continue to be allowed to service the military retired community. It’s just so horrible that we would get this level of horrible care after devoting our lives for this country it’s really heartbreaking that anybody would be subjected to this Pharmacy. We tried to get our medication through a civilian pharmacy, which did everything they could to try to help us, but TRICARE wouldn’t let us we had to go through this three ring circus. What they put me through can’t even be put into words **** I would not believe the five star reviews. These must be being left by people that work at this company go online to other website websites to see the true reviews for example Better Business Bureau, or trust pilot and YELP and you will see just how horrific this place is.

3. 4/5App Works Well; Balance Updates - Not So Great

   I’ve been using this app for about two years now; first with one medication and now with a new medication. There was a lengthy issue between switching medications and getting started on my most recent medication that I’ve been on for almost a year. That got sorted out after about a month (not without frustration), but I also have an insurance benefit where I pay little to nothing for this medication. However, no matter how many times my insurance company or I contact Accredo about this, the balance never goes away and always shows $3195, which I know is covered. Every time I open the app, I see this hefty outstanding balance and it causes unnecessary anxiety. Who likes to see that when they know they have a benefit that prevents a hefty balance? Other than the medication switch issue and the outstanding balance issue, everything else has been easy to use and navigate…

4. 1/5I would give no stars if I could

   They’ve wrongfully charged my card thousands of dollars twice. 8,000 dollars total. They can’t even give me an explanation as to how it happened. After the first time took my card off auto pay to insure it didn’t happen again. I’ve spent probably hours now on the phone with them. They couldn’t even immediately give me my money back and blamed my bank they said three to five buisness days and I called my bank and they said acredo just hasn’t put the money back yet. I couldn’t even pay for my groceries they’ve left me with no money twice during a pandemic. My insurance won’t cover my medication unless it’s through acredo and when I ordered my meds after the first accidental charge I asked the woman several times how much it was going to cost and that I couldn’t be charged thousands again. My meds were supposed to coat five dollars. She assured me it wouldn’t happen again. Honestly this has been such a nightmare I’d rather just be sick then to have to get my meds from them and keep dealing with this.

5. 1/5Run if you need your meds.

   I’ve not even been able to get my first prescription delivered. I was told by blue cross blue shield that I needed to have my prescription sent to accredo to have one of my meds filled. I called to confirm that they had received my prescription from my doctor and I was told that they had but I needed to wait till they called me to setup the delivery. They never called so I called back several days later because I only had a few days left on my meds. I was told that I needed to be patient and wait till they called. I waited yet another day before I called again. The person I spoke to finally got the info needed to mail my meds. She said it would be delivered the next day. The next day nothing was delivered. I called in and was told that the meds had been delivered but they left off the apartment number so they didn’t know where. I called my apartment office and they didn’t have it either. They said they they would investigate and get back to me. I finally got a call back and spoke to a pharmacist that scolded me for waiting to request my meds so last minute. I was shocked because i had been trying to get them to send my meds for over a week. From my first time talking to someone at accredo they have come across as complacent with an attitude. They called me today to let me know that they will mail my meds again and I just needed to wait. I’m now out of a medication that I have to have to live. This has gone from irritating to scary. If you have to take your medicine every day and cannot miss doses this is the worst pharmacy you could use.
