5/5Took the stress out of sleep training!
This app was recommended by my sister so we decided to try this method with our 6 month old, and honestly it made a huge difference in how confident we felt. Sleep training is emotional and exhausting, especially at 2am, and having step by step guidance right there kept us from second guessing ourselves. What I love most is the built in timers. When your baby is crying, it’s really hard to keep track of wait intervals in your head. The timer handles that and clearly tells you when it’s time for a check in. It also makes it easy to log cries, wake ups, and check ins with just one tap, so you’re not fumbling around half asleep. The progress tracking was surprisingly motivating. Seeing the charts of crying time gradually decrease over several nights helped us stick with the plan. The timeline view for each night is also helpful when you want to look back and understand patterns. I appreciate that you can customize the plan (wait intervals, number of nights, etc.) instead of being locked into one rigid method. We started with a gentler preset and adjusted as we got more comfortable. If I had one suggestion, it would be adding more educational content about what’s developmentally normal at different ages. But as a practical tool for actually executing sleep training, it’s incredibly helpful. Overall, this app brought structure and calm to a really overwhelming process and our baby is now sleeping through the night. Totally worth

5/5Very Helpful
This app has been a tremendous help in sleep training our little one! From the breakdown of each day, to the “Frequently Asked Questions”, this app has helped us navigate the challenge of sleep training while having the support needed for first time parents! As a first time parent, the idea of sleep training felt very overwhelming, however Oona has helped us feel more confident in both ourselves and our baby. Taking it day by day, timer by timer. Building up the habit and practice while feeling supported throughout the process.

5/5Gave us structure in a stressful situation
Sleep training your newborn is hard as it is, but this app helped provide clear structure on when to check in with baby based on the type of sleep training method we wanted to go with. My wife and I had our eyes glued to the screen, waiting for the timer so that we could go tend to our screaming baby. It was also great for letting us know when the check in time period was over. Worked alot better than just trying to time everything on our phone’s clock app!

5/5Oona: baby sleep trainer
Used this to sleep train my son who I am pretty sure was going through the 4-month regression. We’ve worked our way up to 12 hour sleep without any wake ups now, so it went very well considering. Overall, I honestly have no complaints. It was was straightforward following the timers and instructions. I also liked that you can see all the wake ups/check-ins in the summary screen and the timestamps for each. That was probably my favorite feature. Anyways, I thought the app was quite helpful!

5/5Sleep training, great app to help train your baby to sleep independently
I would recommend reading through the help section to go through the faq if a parent is not familiar with the method of sleep training. I used the app for a night, and was impelled to leave a review due to how easy it was to use the app. Will be using the app till my infant is able to sleep on their own!
