   I am on month 2 using PROOV Complete to check my cycle. We have been TTC for 10 years and haven’t found anything dramatically wrong with my hormones recently. I wanted to use PROOV to monitor my hormones more closely, not only for TTC but also trying to determine what may be driving migraines. PROOV help show my estrogen level may be too high at times it should be lower (when levels are not typically checked). We are changing up my nutritional program to help target this issue and continuing to test to see how my body responds. Love that I can test regularly. The only issue with the app is that when I tried to do a multi test on a non testing day I had a hard time selecting the “next” button because it was almost entirely off my screen. It was extremely frustrating on an already frustrating day (which is why I was testing 😅)

2. 5/5Don’t wait any longer

   After two consecutive miscarriages, I felt lost and discouraged. Because of my age, I often felt like my concerns were brushed aside instead of being taken seriously. Finding Proov completely changed that. I originally switched because I wanted more than just basic ovulation strips. Being able to track multiple hormones throughout my cycle in one easy-to-understand app gave me answers I had never had before. Instead of guessing what was happening, I could actually see how my hormones were changing month to month, which has been incredibly reassuring. What truly sets Proov apart is the support. The F.A.S.T. program made me feel like I finally had a team in my corner. Every question I had was answered with kindness, patience, and real knowledge. I was amazed by how quickly customer support responded—one weekend I even received a reply within 24 hours. That level of care is rare. I’m now on my third medicated cycle, and for the first time in a long time, I feel hopeful and confident that I’m on the right path. While no product can guarantee pregnancy, Proov has given me something I desperately needed: clarity, guidance, and the feeling that I’m not navigating this journey alone. I’ve recommended Proov to friends and anyone struggling to understand their fertility because it’s been one of the best investments I’ve made in my fertility journey.

3. 5/5Got pregnant my second month using Proov

   I’m so grateful for this product and app. I started using Proov after two consecutive miscarriages. The first month I used the Proov Confirm test and was able to see that my progesterone was borderline low and dropped early. I shared the report with my fertility doctor and she put me on progesterone suppositories for my next cycle starting the day after I ovulated. On that second cycle I used Proov Complete. I was able to feel confident on my ovulation date and started progesterone and was able to conceive that very month! I had to email Proov support a few times with questions and I was so impressed with how fast they responded, one time they even responded within 24 hours over the weekend! I’ve recommended Proov to so many people and I would use it again in a heartbeat. (Note: always remember that Proov tests urine, the metabolized hormones, its very different than blood tests. I’ve seen some people try to compare the two in critical reviews of Proov and you can’t really compare the two. Also consistency is key, I always tried to test at the same time and same conditions - first urine, not too overhydrated or dehydrated, etc. - you are looking for the trends)

   I used this along with Kegg and was spot on. I was able to get pregnant the second month after 6 months of trying at 39. I have scattered periods so this was really helpful in getting my ovulation day. I have a little lamp in my bathroom that I use for the strips everyday and it has allowed me to upload the strips quickly. I make sure they aren’t crooked and they aren’t blurry. Once you do it a few times, you get the hang of it. I am also part of the Facebook group and they are super helpful. They are always taking time to update the app and ask for continued feedback. They did take away a few features that people aren’t happy about, but they stated they are bringing them back in the next update. You can email customer service anytime of day and even holidays. They will double check your strips and also correct any that weren’t uploaded correctly. I was able to use two kits over two months so that helped a lot with the money. If you’re short on strips, you can email customer service and they will send you enough to finish your cycle. Overall, very happy with this product. Looking forward to my rainbow baby as my last one ended in a chemical.

5. 5/5Eye opening!!

   I started with the Empower kit to see where I was at in my perimenopause journey. I moved to the Complete kit due to wanting more data points even though it is geared toward those trying to conceive and have found it very helpful. Proov tests are reliable and have helped me tremendously as I have just started HRT. I would say what has been the most impressive about Proov is their customer service. I don't know how they do it but they respond to emails very quickly and I never feel like a number but they really listen and consider each question I ask and I really trust their responses. Great company.
