5/5Talk to a pediatrician without bothering your spouse
I have a not-entirely-common-case problem as a parent of two kiddos. See, my wife is a pediatrician, and I am extremely not that. What’s wonderful is that she is knowledgeable and handles a lot of things for our kids, but what’s a challenge is that I have no way to bring my own perspectives or, when I have questions, I bother her by asking lots of admittedly dumb things. Riley solves this for me! I can ask Riley my dumb questions and the all gives me great responses! Honestly it’s a bit uncanny how much it sounds like my wife too… but I love getting well informed views _without_ always having to consult my in house pediatrician. Wonderful app. Get this, and chat with Riley instead of terrifying internet groups, bringing your kid to the doctor too often, or bothering your family members with too many questions.

5/5Obviously helpful for first kid. Equally helpful for second kid.
Our first kid had endless attention…several trackers, books, and many questions to our pediatrician and friends. We didn’t have Riley for him but I can see how helpful the app would have been. We are more laid back with our second kid and have found the app to provide helpful reminders, nudges, and ideas. We don’t have the time to research/obsess like we did with kid #1 so I appreciate this being my one stop shop. Chat first nature is great and the app design/UI is slick.

3/5There’s a lot to like but the bugs
I do like the idea of the app and when it works, it’s good. The issue I’m having is I’m running into a few bugs right off the bat. There seems to be no option to invite my partner to the app so we could use it to both our phones. I can add them into the account, but then I can’t actually send that person an invite to join the account. Also when it comes to breastfeeding and editing a session, the timers seem to go all wonky and not correspond with what I’m imputing. Also when it comes to adding her growth info, I can’t confirm the info without entering head size, and we don’t have that info. It should just let us submit the info we do have and not greying out the option unless all details are filled

1/5Expensive for otherwise free information, Makes promises that it doesn’t keep.
Downloaded this app hoping it would have unique information and helpful ideas on hitting milestones. Was disappointed that it was all information that has been otherwise presented for free, no fun spin or reason to pay for it, so I ended my free trial. Still got charged for a whole year($132) even though I no longer even have the app downloaded and, again, CANCELLED MY FREE TRIAL, and they won’t refund. Also, promised upon agreeing to a free trial that they would notify 3 days before charging. They did not (I have a screenshot of all notifications they sent in the six days I had the app active) Overall not worth it, and will take your money regardless of cancelling. Support team not helpful.

3/5Wanted to love it
I’ve had the app for about a month now, I paid for the full access subscription. I’ve been kicked out of the app for network issues at least 3 times now, once it made me completely start my tracking all over after having used it the past 3 days, I think got kicked out again a week or two later and lost THAT data but then gained back the original data I had?? I’m writing this review having been kicked out a third time and not being let back in … other than those issues I really like it, I just wish it didn’t have issues staying open/keeping me logged in
