   So I have a handful investments as well as bank accounts so it’s like 12 all together my point is I would love to be able to arrange them you know put the 6th one at the top the middle one to the bottom maybe I want to arrange then by the amounts or what investments were first. I just would really love to be able to arrange them in my preferred order. Other than that actually the app is close to 4.5 then 3 cause I love having all my accounts attached that’s my favorite part of the app. 😄 Thank you for your time and consideration.

   Signing up was easy, creating the account wasn’t an issue, but filling out any of the information on the health history is not possible on the app in its current state. After navigating to the proper tab to begin the questionnaire and tapping on that, it brings you to a separate screen in the app to verify DoB and SSN after which you must accept the terms of service - all standard practices. Only downside is after you do this it brings you back to the verify DoB and SSN then into the accepting terms and again. I did this 5 or 6 times to see if it was just a glitch. Got the same thing. Closed out the app and tried again with the same result. Tried accessing it through the pending questionnaires and it brought me to the same page, after closing it out it brings up a page that breaks down all of the perks of going through NWM and what they offer, it asks you what type of policy you want to look at and after selecting the policy that I spoke about with my rep, it just said “we will contact your rep and he will follow up with you shortly” I work in close proximity to other app developers, it really isn’t hard to fix these issues. To see it from a company that has so much backing is astounding.

3. 5/5Great App, Easy to use!

   This app accomplishes what everyone needs. “Simplicity” with all the changes in technology, I understand why there are limits with the capability on this app, because Northwestern Mutual wants their advisors to maintain a client relationship with the clients and most people have no business making many changes to accounts without guidance and direction as to what they are doing and trying to accomplish. The app works very well, user friendly, shows all transactions in accounts, easy to navigate and read. Pairing this app with the computer online log in view, the capabilities are greatly expanded with the online computer platform.

4. 4/5Login session better

   Update August: Apple sent me another email saying NWM responded. However it was the same exact response. Did they simply repost? Does Apple resend email after a long time? Lol. Who knows. I’ll take the time to re-review app. I had reviewed earlier that login sessions were expiring a lot. (Last December) like I said after getting another email that the developer “responded” I wanted to let people know that for me the login sessions are much better. App is functioning all well. Again Not sure if NWM really responded again to get me to review or if Apple had a bug in their review logic sending duplicate emails 8 months later. Lol.

5. 5/5Was a great app until the update

   Excellent app that links a uniquely wide range of accounts and puts all your financial information in one place. Just watch out for the version updates because it wipes out all of your log in information and the security is very tight so it may take a few steps to figure it all out and log back in again. Be careful when you update. It wiped out your log in information and you have to re-enter it. If you forgot it you may be locked out of your account until you can find it or reset it. So frustrating.... Update Jan. 2019: More login problems. Why does NWM do this? I went through the multi stage authentication process and reset my password and then when I tried to log in again it is asking me once again to go through the two stage verification process. I am busy and haven’t got time for this. I would love to use this app to keep up with my account, and my desire and tolerance level is pretty high, but it’s not worth the hassle. Very disappointed (again).
