  1. 4/5Finally

After all the camera apps that give iPhone photos that film look. After all the influencer videos tells me to use this “this and that app”, none of them actually looked good or were easy enough. Till No Fusion came along. Not only is the UI friendly and easy to use, but, it’s really not that expensive to use. Yes, I can throw my photos into Lightroom, or a free photo editor. And I’ll do that with my dedicated cameras. But for those moments where I just wanna use my iPhone, this app is perfect! I hope they add a feature where I can record video the same way the dedicated iPhone photos app does(tap, hold, slide) for uncropped/open gate video.

  2. 5/5Fantastic! Finally, natural looking imagery.

This app is fantastic. I love the output of little to no over sharpened images. Comparing images from this app to the default camera app on my 17 pro max is quite dramatic, a big difference in image quality coming from No Fusion. I have set my camera button to launch the No Fusion app & I use it daily. I hardly open the default camera app (unless shoot video) since installing & using No Fusion. Image quality is superb. Images taken in HEIF+ are awesome. I have my sharpening set to low in settings, if the result is too unsharp, I can add sharpening to my satisfaction to get the image perfect. Even at a 600% zoomed in, the details are still there with no loss of quality, meaning the image details are still quite clean at the pixel level instead of looking fragmented. Amazing! The Fuji Nostalgia Negative filter is my favorite, K1 is my next favorite. Looking back at the images taken with the default camera app at 100% and beyond show jagged over-sharpening on just about everything from HEIC & some edited ProRaw images. There is little to no editing required with the HEIF+ images taken with the No Fusion app. ProRaw image quality is also fantastic when used in the app. Because of this app, shooting with my iPhone is fun again. Not that it wasn’t fun before, photographic styles is great, ProRaw is great, but No Fusion is the best. It’s a great app for photography purists and creators alike. I’m glad I found No Fusion!!

  3. 5/5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review: A Game-Changer for iPhone Photography

No Fusion is hands down one of the most impressive camera apps I’ve tried. What sets it apart is how it unlocks the true potential of the iPhone camera by removing artificial sharpening and delivering natural, film-like results. The ability to shoot in Live Photo, Portrait Mode, RAW, and HDR without compromise makes it incredibly versatile. I especially love the film simulation recipes and the option to import my own LUTs—this gives me complete creative control over the look of my photos. The manual mode is powerful, letting me fine-tune ISO, shutter speed, and exposure compensation just like a professional DSLR. The interface is clean, customizable, and thoughtfully designed, making advanced features easy to access. Small touches like live histograms, customizable quick sliders, and batch export options show how much care went into the app’s development. For anyone serious about mobile photography, No Fusion transforms the iPhone into a true pro-level camera. It’s reliable, flexible, and consistently delivers stunning results. Highly recommended for enthusiasts who want more than the stock Camera app can offer!

  4. 3/5Why is this free?

The only options available to you that you cannot get from the native Camera app without a paywall is the RAW+ format option and the live histogram. Every other useful feature about this app is behind a paywall. Why not just make the app paid, or at the very least open the manual mode to free users? Then at least you can get some mileage out of the app before deciding to go full in on it. I’m sure the features on this app are very good, I already appreciate the RAW+ format and the ability to play around with manual mode and the built in presets (even if you can’t take an actual picture with the manual/preset changes), so that’s why I’m giving this three stars instead of one. But I still don’t understand why even just manual mode couldn’t be opened up to free users, otherwise be prepared to be expected to pay from the get go if you wanna use any of the useful features this app has to offer. Feels a little bait and switch-y

  5. 4/5Nice app and hope the improvements keep coming

I like the options available in this app and the layout is easy to understand. I really like that I can import my own LUTs and the ‘film negative’ capture is probably the best part. I do hope the app continues to improve, a few suggestions: find a way to reduce overheating (my phone gets quite hot with continuous use of the app) and provide ability to incrementally control bloom/grain/etc rather than only 3 options.
