1. 5/5This is a great app I found out i had a 401k and this took on a new meaning for me and my family

   I had received paperwork for an investment to be filed with taxes unaware of a 401k i had no idea about this at all a co-worker told me to get the app and to give them a call and i did and i have been really impressed with the process and how much information is on app plus how helpful the companies customer service was i had called and was really impressed with the help and explanation and all they had taught me i really appreciate and like the idea and think everyone should offer this with benefits and as an older man i would say everyone should get this going at a young age and you wouldn’t believe by putting it into a 401k and other investments til you are old enough to retire this will impress you how much money you made and how little you added doesn’t hurt to have an employer that offers this and matching you this is wonderful and the app is well thought out and very informative thank you

2. 5/5A Must-Have for Any Investor

   The Fidelity Investments app is hands down one of the best financial tools I’ve ever used. What I love most is how seamlessly it integrates all my investment needs in one place. I can manage my personal investments while also keeping track of my employer-sponsored 401(k)—all within the same app. Whether you’re using Fidelity NetBenefits or switching between account types, the experience is smooth and intuitive. 3. 5/5Many improvements have been made over the last decade!

   The netbenefits app has improved over the years. Many functions that could only be accomplished on the website can now finally be accomplished within the app itself. But Fidelity still has a long way to go. They should get to a point where everything is in the app and easily controlled with its smooth integrated interface. The website still opens for many things and this is where additional improvements can and should be made. At least they allow many popular functions like contributions, spillover, rollovers, etc. in the app, but there is still a long way to go to get additional functions fully integrated. They seem to be working on it.

4. 1/5Fidelity app support totally unresponsive - removal of function

   To those concerned ( I noticed others with the same concern). I am on my 4th back and forth with the removal of the ‘daily portfolio positions’ page that allowed you , with one click’ , to see the previous days performance, both % and actual dollar amount’ . Fidelity refuses to restore the function. I had to open and fund a td Ameritrade account, just to get the same info in a watchlist. Please fix asap! You removed the portfolio positions tab (again)that listed 1 line for each position and among other useful information, it listed DAILY change for each position - i need this yesterday, and please stop removing this …i have also called IBM support and they said they opened a Ticket to tech support. I noticed another complaint dated 9/30 for the same issue. I have no idea why you would keep removing one of the most useful ‘pages’ available. I would hope as a retired IBMer this request would carry some weight since Fidelity houses the extremely large IBM 401k.

5. 3/5Does what I need, but could be better

   If you're someone who just checks in on your 401k every few months, I guess you could say this app does exactly what you need it to. For me personally, I started really taking control of my money last year, and I watch it almost daily. That brings me to the single biggest annoyance I have with this app, which is having to agree to the EULA every. single. time. I. login. Why, God, why? If it hasn't changed since the last time I agreed to it (yesterday), what is the purpose of making me agree to it over and over? I've never seen any entity more paranoid about their daggone license agreement in my life, and I used to have access to California DMV records. They only made me agree not to misuse my access *annually*. I don't have access to anything here but my own money, so what's with overdoing the lawyer stuff? But I digress. The other complaint, and I suppose it's minor to most people, is that I have to wait until the next day to see how my investments did. Shouldn't that be available shortly after the market closes? I understand that it's not intended to be a realtime brokerage app, but my other stock apps don't allow me to automatically calculate my 401k funds as part of my overall portfolio. Maybe I just haven't found the right one yet. I have some other general complaints about Fidelity, but those have nothing to do with the app, so I won't go into them here. Anyway, the bottom line is that if you're not as fanatical as I am, this app does a decent job of showing the performance of your 401k over time, and letting you make basic changes when needed. It's just not for the active investor.

   Worst experience. From last 2 days, I am trying to download financial documents from this app in Statement and Records section and I am not able to do so for any pdf, inspite clearing cache, reinstalling, clearing data. Can somebody from Fidelity take a look at it please? it is basic feature and should work. I didn't expect this from investment firm like Fidelity. I am using Android 16 on OnePlus device.
