5/5👍👍👍👍
Nellis Auction is a solid place to score big discounts, but it’s not your typical online shopping experience. Most of the items are customer returns, overstock, or open-box, so the condition can vary a lot — sometimes you get something brand new, and other times it’s missing pieces or lightly damaged. That’s why it’s important to read every listing carefully, check the photos, and understand that everything is sold as-is with no returns. The bidding system is easy to use, but things can get competitive, and if you’re not paying attention, you might end up overbidding or winning something you didn’t fully research. Pickup is usually straightforward, but it can be slow during busy times, and you need to stick to the schedule or risk losing your item without a refund. If you’re willing to take the time to double-check what you’re bidding on and can handle a bit of unpredictability, Nellis can be a great way to save money.

4/5Satisfied with most items
I’ve had a great overall experience with Nellis Auction! Most of the items I’ve received have been brand new or in impeccable condition. I’ve even had orders that filled up the entire trunk of my car, and the team was impressively quick and efficient getting everything loaded. The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful — on a few occasions, I arrived before my scheduled pickup time (just trying to make things work around school drop-offs), and they still noticed me waiting and kindly got the process started early. That extra effort really stood out! I did have three items that were definite duds — missing essential parts or damaged — and unfortunately, the descriptions didn’t mention anything about the issues. That would be my only real suggestion for improvement: better vetting of items, especially when it comes to broken or incomplete products. Returns are an option, but I live almost an hour away, so for what I paid, it wasn’t worth the trip back. Despite those few misses, I’ve been really happy with the service and experience. I’ve recommended Nellis Auction to several friends and they’ve become just as hooked as I am. I’ve taken a break recently for financial reasons, but I’ll definitely be back. Overall, highly recommend!

5/5Experience and App Review
The Nellis Auction app is smooth and intuitive, making it easy to browse listings, place bids, and manage your auction activities. While there are a few minor glitches, they don't significantly detract from the overall experience. One potential enhancement for the future would be adding a feature to view past purchases directly within the app, giving users a comprehensive history of their winning bids and transactions. My visits to Nellis Auction at both the Dean Martin and North Las Vegas locations have been exceptional. The professional, courteous staff consistently deliver efficient service, ensuring that every step—from browsing auction listings to the hassle-free pick-up process—is seamless and well-coordinated. Their dedication to customer satisfaction, fair pricing, and a wide selection of items truly sets them apart in the auction industry. Highly recommended for both the excellent app functionality and the outstanding in-person experience!

5/5Great Deals, Easy to Navigate and Incredible Selection !
I've had an excellent experience using the Nellis Auction app and website! From the moment I signed up, I was impressed with how easy it is to browse, bid, and win. The platform is super user-friendly, making it easy to filter categories, watch items, and keep track of all my bids in real time. What really stands out is the value – I’ve been able to score name-brand electronics, home goods, and tools at a fraction of retail prices. You can find amazing deals on open-box, returned, and overstock items. It feels like a treasure hunt every time I log in! The selection is huge, with new auctions added constantly. Whether you're shopping for tech, furniture, appliances, or even outdoor gear, there's always something interesting to bid on. It’s clear they work with major retailers to offer quality items. As for returns, the process is straightforward. They give you a 7-day window to inspect your items, and the return policy is clearly outlined. I had a question once about an item, and their customer support was helpful and responsive – they guided me through the process without hassle. Overall, Nellis Auction is a hidden gem for smart shoppers who want brand-name products without the brand-name prices. It's fun, efficient, and a great way to save money. Highly recommended!

1/5Feels like a scammy, careless system and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
Almost everything I’ve received from them has been broken, missing parts, or packaged like it was dropped off a roof. When I tried to return items, they rejected the returns because the items were missing parts—literally the reason I was returning them. You can’t call or message anyone about it either, and they make you go down in person within 7days to a manager if your returns are rejected. It’s frustrating, embarrassing, and just not worth the hassle—especially over small-ticket items like $5. I’m guessing they count on that to keep your money. Recently I tried to give it one more try after a coworker convinced me. Same story: everything damaged. I missed the return window on one because their 7-day policy goes by the exact minute you pick up the item. That was in late May/early June. I never got my refund—instead, they recharged me the full amount. I messaged them and they email pretty much saying they’re sorry and it’s not their fault and I can expect my money in July because they had many refunds.
