1. 3/5Unable to collect points

   I loved using the website, yes it would lag sometimes, but it always worked for me. Once I saw there was an app, I was excited and hoped there would no longer be a lag. Since getting the app, every can of formula I scan, it says “Thanks for scanning! Your points are on the way!” And I’ll wait the 48 hours it says to wait and nothing. No points are shown as collected and no rewards are given. I’ve got the lids of a couple of containers of formula just sitting on my kitchen counter waiting to be scanned because I haven’t been able to collect the points. I hope this gets resolved soon!

2. 1/5Punishing the Customers

   Before signing up for the app, I would receive tons of coupons in the mail. After severely cutting my hand opening the formula, Similac convinced me the online rewards system was so much better than the checks and they could quickly send me coupons for my troubles. BIGGEST MISTAKE. I go through a bottle of liquid formula a day with my child. To be maxed out for scans at 10 each month is insulting but to finally reach my $12 reward and getting a message that “coupon is invalid” when I go to use it is the biggest slap in the face to the consumer. So now not only do I no longer receive mailed coupons, I now can’t use the ONE coupon I have obtained over months. I’d also like to note the digital coupons I was promised for my troubles cutting my hand were NEVER uploaded. In a time when prices are constantly going up on everything, Similac has now slapped new parents in the face instead of helping.

3. 1/5Rewards don’t work, app not great either

   Too many points lost. I have been using the reward program for almost a year I used the app all the time to try to build rewards. Claims 5 points for each coupon used. Never received any of these even months later. I should have earned the $12 coupon many times over, but have never gotten it issued even once. Kind of weird there is no easy way to see your point history. Huge lack of transparency. Also the coupons slowed way down. I haven’t received even one in months. App is not great either. My baby is reliant on similac now at this point, but any other babies after will be using enfamil or another brand that is not so frustrating to regularly use.

4. 3/5Was working fine but now I can’t login

   Everything was working fine before August 1st but now I can’t login on the app. I can login to the website on my browser and access my coupons but I can only scan any QR codes using the app. I’ve emailed CS twice and they say I should be able to login so I sent them screenshot of the error message. Hoping this gets resolved soon.

5. 2/5App is okay, rewards are lacking

   The recent update made the app much more user friendly, and the scans were increased from 5 to 10 per month, but when you have twins and spend over $1400 a month on Similac, 10 scans a month to receive a few $3 or $5 coupons that you have to fight with the cashier about every single time is a lot. Similac is extremely expensive and the rewards program feels less like a rewards program and more like another thing to have to do. I much prefer the mailed checks but only received those one time when the babies were born.
