The quality is solid, installation/setup is straightforward, and you can tell attention to detail went into the design. 2/5False Child in car Alert
I’ve been using this app for my 4.5 month old for about 3 weeks now. I love the idea of alerting when the child is left in the car. However it is falsely sending alerts. This morning she had a doctor’s appointment. When we got out of her appointment the app told me she had been in the car for 2 hours. We hadn’t even been awake for 2 hours… The app also had a tendency of alerting when I am in the back seat with her and my husband is driving us around. This is an every use occurrence. Yesterday I had to step out of the car and pick something up and my husband was in the car with her. It actually never notified me that she was still in the car. So it notifies me when she is in the car when I am in the car. It does not notify me when I actually leave the car…

2/5Nothing but problems
I have so many issues with this stupid app.. for one it kept getting my sons birthday wrong and every time I tried to change it , it won’t let me so I added another child thinking maybe I put the wrong day in and made sure to put in the correct one and it still put the wrong date in and won’t let me delete or edit either of them… customer service don’t get back ahold of you for nothing to resolve the issue . So I deleted the app and logged back in and it keeps telling me to connect to internet to access the page when I am infact already connected to the internet . So I disconnected closed the app re connected to the internet and opened the app back up and it is still telling me the same thing ! Worthless ..

3/5Sensor safe shyft dual ride
The seat is amazing first and foremost…the sensor is ok at its best…tells me my kid has been left behind in many situations( when I’m in the car with them, in my house while I’m getting them out of the seat, when my child is already out of the seat and it’s unclipped, etc)…I think that the sensor needs a bit of an update as my phone will not be connected but my wife’s is…I leave the car to run into a store with her still with the baby and my phone goes off still ( I can see where this could be a potential safety concern)…with that being said the app itself is a nice feature and easy to navigate/setup… just a few things to polish up and a sensor clip that needs more work.

3/5App issues
I have the Evenflo Revolve 360 and I love the car seat no complaints from that. But the app could use some tweaks. -my main complain is that I can’t add family members to it. There’s always an error message and I can’t refresh it or anything. I’ve had the app over 6 months and I have not been about to use that feature. -other things are minor, like it says child left in car when I’m still close by ie,walking around the car to get in after child is buckled in. I feel like me walking to get in the drivers seat shouldn’t alarm but maybe that’s just me. Or a few times it said it and we were in the house already. Other than that it’s overall an ok app.
