5/5As promised, updates to 5 stars.
Updated the five stars now that I can use the app. It’s unfortunate because I had two more diaper scans to be able to hit the $30. I was hoping to finally cash out for the first time but now it’s 10 diaper packs to do it. So I guess in the long run it’s better five packs for two dollars or 10 packs for $10 is the better deal, but I’m bummed because the second I was going to finally reap the rewards, they changed the ordeal. I couldn’t scan to get to my $30 reward and now that I finally could it erase the stars I already had towards the two dollars and now I have to start over from 10 scans so yeah what a bummer, but diapers aren’t gonna go away anytime soon. I don’t think for this family, and I guess we can packs because it doesn’t make a difference. I was buying the huge packs to get 3 scans every time instead of 1 per tiny pack, but now it’s probably easier for those people that don’t buy the big packs every time. I still will buy the big packs since my baby will probably be in diapers for a while. :-) I’d be buying them anyway, so the rewards are great. Now it’s not even updating my review.

1/5No rewards, only coupons
Bring back gift card rewards. If I wanted to "save," I likely would not have been using Pampers products in the first place. I enjoyed the option to use my "savings" towards products that I, a full time job holding mother of two, can use either for myself, my children, or my family for OTHER items we enjoy. We don't "love" diapers, as much as they are a necessity of this season - but we did love Pampers’ brand AND the rewards they provided with the previous incentives. It is clear that many others used this brand largely because of the aforementioned rewards program, and voice the same disapproval of the new loyalty program. Comments on social media/reviews are actually how I found out that the program had changed! As that full time working mother of two, I don't have time to constantly be in my email checking to see what changes the company has made to their program. With this change being so drastic, I wish that I had. I would have cashed out my years-saved over $100 worth of rewards immediately had I seen what the alternative would be. Instead, that money will sit there either until it expires, or until Pampers decides to bring back the old program that truly benefitted hardworking families and the children they care for. For now, I will finish up the packs of diapers and wipes I currently have in my possession, and move on to a different brand that does the same thing for actual monetary savings rather than flat incentives to continue to purchase by way of brand only.

2/5Nothing special
I’m a new mom and have started out using pampers because of their positive reputation. That said, the brand isn’t cheap so I was pretty excited to find out they offered a rewards program, thinking maybe I could earn some discounted/free diapers for being a loyal customer and it would further justify my decision to stay with the brand. However, when looking at their “rewards” it’s almost insulting. Their way of rewarding their loyal customers is having them spend their points on entering sweepstakes and % off coupons for brands that offer the same discounts elsewhere and do not require points (e.g. Shutterfly). It takes a crazy amount of points to earn a coupon off their diapers or free diapers. I thought for a brand that likes to come across as superior it would reward their customers in a much better way. Enfamil sends coupons regularly and doesn’t even require the manual entry of codes with every purchase. Not to mention there is talk that P&G is raising the prices on their products, including diapers. If this happens, many of us who already have a hard time justifying the cost of their diapers, will be forced to switch to a more affordable brand. That said, I think the app is very user friendly and makes its pretty easy to enter the codes. The idea of a rewards program is great but the brand really needs to re-evaluate the actual rewards. Their customers are spending a fortune on their product so at least reward them with something of a little more value to keep them coming back.

1/5The new “Rewards” are super disappointing
I’ve been in the rewards club for about 4 years & they had a lot of different types of rewards, from memberships , photo prints, coupons or a selection of gift cards. I liked saving up till I had $20 & those $20 gift cards have helped me when money was short. It took a lot of scanning & time to hit $20 but was always worth the wait. Recently pampers started sending emails about their brand new rewards club & they were making a big deal out of , claiming how wonderful it was going to be & how it was worth the wait. I figured they just added new options and I would see them when it was time to redeem my next $20 .. so it happened today.. and I went to check out my “rewards” options. I thought my phone wasn’t loading right because all I could see offered was 3 different coupons. “ 3 off pampers digital coupon” , “3 off pampers paper coupon” which takes 4 to 6 weeks to receive . And then the last coupon Actually ended up being a pampers giveaway that I could sign up for .. for $1. Pampers digital coupons are always in the different stores apps .. for free. So I spend months saving up $20 for a $3 coupon. Honestly this “new rewards club” is not even worth my time or money. Huggies rewards are waaaay better.. they offer weekly bonuses and spending milestones that go up in value as you hit each milestone. I’ll stick to Huggies pull ups for now on. Good luck keeping active members with your whopping $3 coupon reward or $1 to enter a sweepstakes that we have less than a 1% chance of winning.

3/5Love pampers rewards, but..
I have been using pampers for my son since he was a 30 week old preemie and I’ve always used the rewards as a way to help offset the cost of diapers as a single mother with absolutely no family. It almost turned it into like a game for me when it was time to scan and it made it kind of fun. However, I am not loving this new update to the system for rewards. I miss when you knew exactly the reward for each diaper pack. So I could properly plan when I would get a free one it really helped me financially and I realize now I became kind of dependent on it. It’s also kind of not fair for those of us who have supported pampers since our children were in the smallest sizes, because the old system made it so that the bigger the size diaper the bigger amount of rewards. For example, I believe when he moved up to size 4 it was a $.25 reward as opposed to size 3 was a $.15 reward or something like that. And now they’re all worth the same amount, though I stayed with pampers for the rewards program so that when he got into bigger sizes, I would get the bigger rewards so that’s kind of a bummer. Either way, I’ll continue to use pampers because they truly are the best diapers. I received several different brands as gifts from my baby shower my boss at work threw for me, and the pampers were always the best ones. They held the most and seem to be the most comfortable for my son, he never got diaper rashes or anything while wearing pampers. He is in size 7 now and we advanced from the swaddler to the 360 cruisers and I’ll never use any other diaper brand. So for what it’s worth, at least they do have a rewards system unlike many other diaper brands so I’ll take all the help I can get! ☺️🤍

I don't like that once you pick one, you can't change where you want to use it.

For some reason it randomly login me out when I was going to get my reward points for my daughter's pull-ups and logging back in and it's now giving me issues. You guys need to change it for the better and not make it worse. Fix it please.

I really like the idea but the coupons expire before you can use them ..... this current one says it was supposed to be good until tomorrow, but it says it expired. $30 off is a lot for me.

The app doesn't allow scanning QR codes for wipes, stating that you must provide a code. The CASE of wipes that I purchased only provided a QR code, meaning that there is nothing that can be done to credit my account for their advertised Pampers Cash. This app may be useful, but don't hold your breath and rely on their non-reliable offered handouts to care for your kid and save a few bucks
