5/5My personal parenting sounding board!
I have really loved the fact that there are real people to talk to anytime. It has answered all of my questions and concerns without any of the judgement (almost like an outside observer) instead of having to feel judged by family for not knowing something. All of the tips I have received have added up with my pediatricians advice, and they have all worked amazingly! Also, I really like how I can ask about what developmental milestones to look out for, which has kept my little boy ahead of the curve! It has been a good sounding board, someone to talk to, someone to listen, and someone to ease your concerns or random FAQs about parenting! I love the Joy app!

5/5The reassurance I needed
I am a first time mom and I have asked the AI experts a thousand questions trying to understand my new baby and what to expect from her. Not only do they answer my questions and help me understand why she does certain things, they let me know I am doing a good thing by asking these questions or noticing things. It sounds silly, but as someone who has never done this before and is on little sleep all hours of the night, it not only gives me the answers I need but the reassurance to push through the hard phases. Though they are AI, I feel seen and validated, which just helps me break down a little less in those newborn trenches.

5/5Amazing resource for first time parents!
Joy has been a game changer for us as first time parents. It’s given us a really easy way to track our baby’s feeds and diapers, which comes in handy for our pediatrician appointments. The AI feature is also great for those late night questions or concerns when you don’t have access to the live coaches. Also, it has great content that we’ve found to be incredibly helpful. We have our first parenting coaching session tomorrow and can’t wait to get additional support from Joy as we navigate the first few weeks of parenthood. 10/10 recommend, you won’t regret it!

5/5A God-send for trying times
I received this wonderful service after the birth of my third baby. This was truly an answer to prayer. While I have a “village” to help answer lots of questions, sometimes you need that help in the middle of the night or in the moment when everything is chaotic in your home and your heart. Joy On Call was such a blessing to me during an extreme postpartum season with emotional highs and lows, mostly lows. They offer true, tangible advice and compassion for what I was going through. I always felt supported and given real advice and tangible ideas. I 100% percent recommend Joy On Call.

5/5Worth it!
This app should be standard for every parent. Not just first timers. I cannot recommend it enough. It’s available 24/7…no walking friends or family for questions. It is SO helpful. I was able to use it for the third and I wished I had it for the first two. What a wonderful experience. I really can’t say enough good things. As someone in healthcare, this app is very much aligned with guidelines and recommendations. Truly- do yourself a favor- get it!!!

It has answered all of my questions and concerns without any of the judgement (almost like an outside observer) instead of having to feel judged by family for not knowing something. While I have a “village” to help answer lots of questions, sometimes you need that help in the middle of the night or in the moment when everything is chaotic in your home and your heart. Joy On Call was such a blessing to me during an extreme postpartum season with emotional highs and lows, mostly lows. They offer true, tangible advice and compassion for what I was going through.
