1/5Total Joke of an app
I went three times to urgent care the records of which were supposed to populate to this app. They never did. I called twice for assistance. The first time I was told they weren’t populating due to the urgent care entering my address incorrectly. I had them correct the address, but the visits still weren’t appearing. I called again and after the worker tried and failed to figure out the problem, I was told that it would be sent to tier two to see if they could figure out the problem. Next, I tried the mess engine function in the app. The first response revealed that they hadn’t bothered to read and comprehend my message. I sent another message. That time, they said I would have to call yet again before they would forward it to tier two. I had already talked to these people nearly two hours, so I’ve had enough.

1/5Extremely Frustrating and Inefficient Process
I am the legal guardian of my son, yet MyHealthONE makes it nearly impossible for me to access his medical records. I first encountered this issue two years ago when I was told that, despite being his legal guardian, my 14-year-old son had to verbally consent for me to access his records. This makes no sense—he is a minor and cannot make legal medical decisions on his own, yet I’m required to get his permission to see his records? Now, two years later, the same issue has happened again. Even though I was previously given access and my name is listed on his hospital account, all of his documents have disappeared from the portal. Once again, I am being told that my son has to give verbal consent over the phone, and to make matters worse, I have to be transferred to another department that never answers the phone. This system is completely flawed and unnecessarily complicated. A parent or legal guardian should not have to jump through these ridiculous hoops just to obtain their child’s medical records—especially when they are the ones bringing them to the hospital in the first place. The policies in place need serious revision, and the lack of responsiveness from the medical records department only makes the experience even more frustrating. I hope MyHealthONE re-evaluates these policies because they create unnecessary stress for parents who are simply trying to manage their child’s healthcare.

1/5FAILED APP!!!
The Health One App is an outright failure. It is one of the most poorly designed, clumsy, and frustrating apps I’ve ever been forced to use — and I emphasize “forced”, because there are no real alternatives when this is the platform my provider relies on. The user interface is a mess: disorganized, unintuitive, and clearly built with no regard for user experience. Features are buried in confusing menus, navigation is chaotic, and the overall design looks like it hasn’t evolved past a rough prototype. It’s not just inconvenient — it’s exhausting to use. The back-end integration is just as bad. Pages fail to load, appointment info disappears, and system errors are common. It feels like a Frankenstein’s monster of disconnected systems duct-taped together under the illusion of a functional app. Health One clearly did not consult real patients or healthcare providers when designing this — or if they did, they ignored the feedback entirely. It reeks of corporate indifference, as if users will just “deal with it” because they don’t have a choice. Healthcare is too important to be managed through an app this bad. Patients deserve better. This platform needs a total teardown and rebuild — not another half-baked update. Unless there are serious updates and a total redesign, I would not recommend this app to anyone.

1/5No answers!
Went to ER Monday at 12:30 AM with extremely high blood pressure and right sided shooting pain in the temple of area of my head.. No one at the front desk to triage incoming patients. Rang bell and was told to check in at kiosk before anyone would see me. This encompassed scanning insurance cards etc. Thank God after being seen, it was confirmed it wasn’t a stroke! The best part, I was told to see my PCP in follow up and that my labs and CT scan would be on my portal and also sent to my doctor. This was not done. I myself called their medical records the following morning to no avail. I was seen by the PCP without my records (as she didn’t receive them either even after requesting them)and had to have my blood redrawn as my blood pressure was still extremely high and the pain in my head still pulsating. This morning, still no records in my portal, but they were able to both email and text me my bill! Poor medical communication to say the least. I know now that Trailwinds will not be the ER I will go to next time I have a medical emergency. On my way for a MRI and hopefully some answers. What would happen if someone went into The Trailwinds ER with chest pain and they themselves did not realize they were having a MI….or, I was in the midst of a stroke….please check in at the kiosk before you can be seen…really!

1/5Slow bugged filled app that we are forced to use
There is very little good things to say about this app. Unfortunately this is the forced way to communicate with my healthcare providers. Some of the bugs include clicking to load message section, while within the app, loads the open at the top to open in the app… which you are already in. This happens in a few other places. Clicking to open the app does nothing. The app often fails to load a screen leaving to you force restart in hopes it works next time. Aside from being glitchy it’s also poorly designed. For instance, I message my healthcare provider and they respond back with a question. I can’t reply to their response. I have to create a whole new message and copy/paste their question in the start of a new message. You should be able to reply to their response keeping everything in a single thread. If you don’t have to use this app… don’t.
