   What i don’t like is the insurance scam that goes on every year. Thanks to Medicare. They push change and have agents call. They tell lies about if your Doctors are covered under whatever company they are working for. Then when its time to see your Doctor you find out no doctors you submitted are in network. WHAT ???? Now you cant see your doctor that has committed to see you. Either change companies or go back to one you had. Just because we are seniors does not mean we are without responsibility. This needs to be fixed now. The agents that do the calling need to get a real job. And Medicare needs to stop the incentives for them. I’ m tried of BS. My first remark when they are on phone is i keep my doctors and need help with paying for meds. Very clear statement.

   My ideal doctor would be one who greets me warmly in a timely manner, not after a 45 minute wait He should act like he cares about me. He should give me the same amount of time that I took to come to see him. He should be prepared to see me by reviewing my medical history. He should try to help me with my current issues. When I need to see him, I should not be told that I must wait several weeks to get an appointment. He should sit down and look at me when we talk, not stand by the door with a rolling computer cart typing what I say. He should ask me if I need any immunizations and if I say yes, he should see that I get them. He should ask me about my emotion status because I have many, many health challenges that all can cause depression. He should ask me if my current meds are working well or do they need to be adjusted. If there are new medications that proven to have better results or fewer side effects, he should tell me. If I do not get what I need then I need to search for it. Actually I get better care at the Doc in a Box clinics. Medical providers seem to be overwhelmed and have too many patients. Practices are run like corporate businesses. Corporations are cold and heartless entities.

3. 1/5Nobody's in charge

   I do not know what facility this applies to and that is part of the problem. I have used multiple facilities. There is a big PAY NOW button in the app. It's been there almost a year or maybe longer. It links to a website. The bill has ZERO balance. I ask for help to clear this off and all I get it the runaround... "We don't handle this, they do"... "No they do"... On and on in a never ending loop. Nobody knows. Nobody looks at the big picture. Everyone just passed the buck. I have another issue, an old reminder that's 4 years old. I don't know who put that in there or how to find out to ask them to remove it. Everyone says "It's not ours" shrug and pass the buck. Another problem, I made appointment then got a call and was told the time was not available. I asked about another time shown in the app... Nope that's not available. I asked, what IS avaliable? What they told me was far fewer than what the app showed as available. Why does nobody take responsibility for this app? Why can't I easily find the right contact for an issue in the app. I tried to submit this on the contact page and got this... "The requested URL was rejected by F5 ASM. Please consult with your administrator." Who is my administrator? Exactly what I've learned to expect from this app.

   This is one of the best health app that I have used so far with polenty of the useful features. But perhaps there is a bug. I was about to write review with request to customize shortcuts when I realized that there is option available to the user. However when I changed shortcut to the app visible on the dashboard under my profile it turned out that indeed I can chose another app from the drop down list and replace default app and save data but after closing this menu there is no change in the default original setup. Going back to this option again reflect last changes and new application is showing in the editor but not after closing it. For instance I i tried to replace shortcut in front desktop from “Medications” to “Track My Health” but this change was only successful within ‘editor’ of shortcuts under profile with description “ Change YOur Shortcuts”. Other that this app seems to be very useful and very well organized.

5. 1/5Confusion as to why I got two appointment times.

   Last week I was scheduled for blood work. The staff and I made an appointment for 9:30. I did an E Check In and my original appointment said I was confirmed. The next day I got another E Checkin saying my appointment was 10:30.. on the same day . I called the office and expressed my confusion. They said “ We do not see you for the 9:30 appointment.” Even though I got a confirmation after my E Check In. The office person said.. no problem just come in at 9:30. I asked what should I do with the bogus E Check In. Office staff said “ You don’t have to do anything. Just ignore it.” So as I might have guessed my 9:30 appointment was not recognized by the staff taking blood. They did however recognized my bogus 10:30 appointment.. So as you can imagine I waited and waited until the office was empty of people there to get lab work done. Yep… closer to my bogus 10:30 appointment was When I was seen. . People have time constrictions.. some more than others and it is important that appointments run on time and E Check In confirmations are accurate. After getting my blood work Saturday which was quite a shock I submitted a message for Belinda asking her to get back with me regarding such scary high cholesterol . Mine has never been even close to such high numbers. It was over 200! My diet is very healthy. I realized it was the weekend and I would hear back from someone Monday. Late in the day on Monday I got a message on this app saying “someone would be getting in touch”. I am sure the next conversation I will have will not be until my hopefully scheduled appointment on Thursday… That is unless I get an E check In for another day and time which will then bounce my originally scheduled appointment out. Can you tell I am frustrated.. I am.
