please don’t send me any more of this because my husband died a 43 years of being married and it’s been since 2023 and I’m still not doing very good. I don’t know how to look for a new guy cause I didn’t find my husband he found me two weeks later we were married, so I am living with my kids in a different state and all my stuff down in Texas and my life’s just a messed up mess and I’ve been here for about six months and I’m miserable and I need to find another guy and I don’t know how and it just goes on and on. I enjoyed my day very much when me and my husband traveled and went here and there and we were married 43 years but how days are gone so just is what it is so thank you very much for thinking about me, but please don’t send me anymore. I don’t know what the point is to make a reservation if the hotel cancels it. Not once but 3 times! 1st time was a year ago! I booked two rooms, got to the hotel late and they said they cancelled because I was late to get to the rooms (about 11:30 pm). They had rooms available so I booked at the hotel but paid more than what I did through the app. Flash forward to now! Yesterday I called to confirm 2 rooms because on my app it shows cancelled. They told me the hotel cancelled it because my card didn’t go through. I told her it said they wouldn’t charge it till I got there but either way I still had money in my account so no reason for it not to go through! Mind you I had booked these on Wednesday! They told me to re book again so I did! I waited an hour to call again to confirm and again they were canceled! Same reason they said “no funds” so here I am now with my parents and a baby trying to find a room at a different hotel because now they only had 1 room available! I ended up finding a different hotel and used the same card with “no funds”.

I just wanted a night away from my house while being able to get some sound sleep. My current roommate has a lot of dogs. Bryan, the guy at check-in allowed me to talk his ear off while also giving me some tips on how to get the best bang for my buck. Meanwhile, I called online via 800 number and was given the runaround and being pushed to stay on the line to book an almost $100 more per the entire stay rather than just being charged for one night honestlygreat dude checking in person don’t call and use the app become a member!!

The little Humpty dumpty looking lady, was very rude, and tried to scam me 450$ when it clearly says online that, they are not taking no cash out of your bank account for reservation, but the night I reserved the room, I got charged 250$ even tho I didn’t even check in, she tried telling me they didn’t take no money out of my account when I had screenshots of -250$ from my account being taken out, then proceeds to try and lie to me saying that they didn’t take money out of my account when I have the screenshots of it, and tried to charge a second time, but this time she was telling me to go pull out cash for her even those they already charged me 250$!!!!! ~~~>>( I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE VERY RUDE ND DISHONEST!!!!)<<~~ People like that shouldn’t even be allowed to be running a business, she got scared after I told her that I’m suing, nd reversed the 250$ transaction in my bank account although I already have a screenshot of it, and she proceed to lie that she didn’t charge me the night of my reservation when my bank statement shows that I got charged.

4/5Convenient and Easy, one small bug
It's super simple to use this app; the interface is very intuitive and you can book a room with more ease than using their desktop website. Signing up for their My6 program and getting reduced room rates is also a major bonus. I'd recommend this app to anyone looking to reserve affordable lodging on-the-go. Once I reserved a room, I did run into an issue while viewing my reservation in the menu; though I booked the room for two adults, the reservation displayed that there was only one adult. I was afraid that I mistakingly forgot to book for two people, as I know that affects rates, so I cancelled that reservation and made a new one and ran into that same issue. Through checking my emails, I found that it really was an issue with the app displaying the information incorrectly. I'd happily give this app 5 stars once that bug is fixed.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great stay at Studio 6 Deer Valley! The staff was friendly and helpful, my room was clean and comfortable, and the whole experience was smooth from check-in to check-out. Great value for the price, and I'd definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

          "body": "I don’t know what the point is to make a reservation if the hotel cancels it. Not once but 3 times! 1st time was a year ago! I booked two rooms, got to the hotel late and they said they cancelled because I was late to get to the rooms (about 11:30 pm). They had rooms available so I booked at the hotel but paid more than what I did through the app. Flash forward to now! Yesterday I called to confirm 2 rooms because on my app it shows cancelled. They told me the hotel cancelled it because my card didn’t go through. I told her it said they wouldn’t charge it till I got there but either way I still had money in my account so no reason for it not to go through! Mind you I had booked these on Wednesday! They told me to re book again so I did! I waited an hour to call again to confirm and again they were canceled! Same reason they said “no funds” so here I am now with my parents and a baby trying to find a room at a different hotel because now they only had 1 room available! I ended up finding a different hotel and used the same card with “no funds”.",

          "body": "The little Humpty dumpty looking lady, was very rude, and tried to scam me 450$ when it clearly says online that, they are not taking no cash out of your bank account for reservation, but the night I reserved the room, I got charged 250$ even tho I didn’t even check in, she tried telling me they didn’t take no money out of my account when I had screenshots of -250$ from my account being taken out, then proceeds to try and lie to me saying that they didn’t take money out of my account when I have the screenshots of it, and tried to charge a second time, but this time she was telling me to go pull out cash for her even those they already charged me 250$!!!!! ~~~>>( I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE VERY RUDE ND DISHONEST!!!!)<<~~ People like that shouldn’t even be allowed to be running a business, she got scared after I told her that I’m suing, nd reversed the 250$ transaction in my bank account although I already have a screenshot of it, and she proceed to lie that she didn’t charge me the night of my reservation when my bank statement shows that I got charged.",

          "body": "It's super simple to use this app; the interface is very intuitive and you can book a room with more ease than using their desktop website. Signing up for their My6 program and getting reduced room rates is also a major bonus. I'd recommend this app to anyone looking to reserve affordable lodging on-the-go. Once I reserved a room, I did run into an issue while viewing my reservation in the menu; though I booked the room for two adults, the reservation displayed that there was only one adult. I was afraid that I mistakingly forgot to book for two people, as I know that affects rates, so I cancelled that reservation and made a new one and ran into that same issue. Through checking my emails, I found that it really was an issue with the app displaying the information incorrectly. I'd happily give this app 5 stars once that bug is fixed.",
