   I bought it several months ago. Got the camera that would also open your garage. It worked pretty well and I was OK with it, although it was kind of expensive I think it was upwards of $70. After reading the information it was some wording I was concerned about that said basically after your 30 day trial you’d have to pay a monthly phoebe to store videos and play them back from their service. I was aware that this camera had a micro SD card slot and is soon as there I could still save video that way. Nevertheless I called the company within a couple of weeks after buying the camera, And I was a shored that I would still be able to record video to my microSD card after my trial. Had ended, I would just not be able to see videos to their cloud. My trial . ended and I found their word to the troop I continued using the camera for several more months. Suddenly, tonight I discover that the camera will not record any videos anymore, not even to my micro SD card, unless I pay a subscription. I don’t know how that happened. Did my phone update the app without my consent, or is the app still operating directly through their website? Anyway, I didn’t agree to any of that, and although it has now been several months since I purchased it, what is the purpose of having a microSD card in the camera in the first place, unless it is for the owner to be able to record to it. So how do they justify charging a fee? Especially after tell me there was not one!

   This was a waste of money I am looking for The developer of this horrible device to reach out to me! I am a single parent and bought it for security reasons $40 May not be Nothing to your company But I have never been more disappointed in purchasing a security device for my own safety. For my own pride I purchased it just for a cheap device to monitor some things and now looking back I wish I would have put my reasons aside and asked the family member I have that literally knows everything and anything regarding electronics. This is so horrible that I’m too embarrassed to even let them know I purchased it. I purchased it at Walmart and if I do not hear from the developer soon I will try to return it to Walmart without the box in the receipt I did not know that there could be a item out there that made it this far that Unhelpful and a waste of money. And it wasn’t even $40 it was $40 and some change with tags so we’re looking about $45. I am a Google reviewer. And a blogger and I am never said this before but I will go over and beyond to let everybody know what a joke this item is. Seeing all the negative reviews I kick myself for not even researching because there’s not a thing I buy that I don’t research I just needed some kind of security quickly like most people do if I had three or $400 I would buy security system that worked properly!

3. 5/5Good camera but limited features

   I’ve been using this item for almost a year and install prior to kid’s new school year. It sends me an alert when the garage camera senses motion so I know when my kids are home when they open the garage door. I also have a Ring camera at my entrance to get alerted when someone approaches our entrance. Good for monitoring when kids are home while I’m at work. I can also check if garage door is left open and can close remotely. This has helped on several occasions. No more having to drive back home to close the garage door. Feature have some limitations. Like I can’t snooze sound alerts like other cameras if I know my kids are playing in the garage or outside. Don’t have to be notified every 5 mins when I’m home and I know where kids are. I have to go to my IPhone notifications setting to turn off audible alerts manually then have remember to go back and turn auto audible alerts later. So that’s my work around. Overall a good product and would recommend it. Just be aware this device doesn’t work with some brand garage door openers if they use high encryption with your door remote. Check out their list of compatible garage door openers on their website. I’ve known some folks who had to return the product due to this limitation as well.

4. 5/51st Garage Cam. For Ages 4 and up

   Nice quality product. Was EZ to install on my Masterlift opener. Video is very clear and works well. A lot of the times if you switch between Wi-Fi and cellular you need to restart the app. After that it works. I didn’t have the video time out, not sure if there is a time limit. The sound is super clear and sensitive. Picks up every sound including two way audio. It sends notification very quickly and saves the events in the cloud. You can easily create rules to record events. The video and audio are very sensitive. I don’t see a browser access to the system only via an app. The web access only has the account information. I do like the ability to check the door video remotely to verify the door is closed via the Internet. The night vision works very well switching between light and dark automatically.

5. 1/5This is the WORST APP on the App Store

   Not only is the app slow, won’t refresh sometimes, but the camera also cam get stuck into night mode. I guess for a $40 camera that’s what you get right? Wrong, the yearly subscription JUST TO USE THE CAMERA THAT I BOUGHT is $50. DO NOT BUY THIS I GOT SCAMMED HARDCORE. It gets worse as you go on. The “rules” you can set in this app aren’t real. I take the “rules” off and I still get notifications. And, you can only have ONE RULE. it won’t let me change rule options. The only positive is that the cameras really sensitive. But is that a positive tho? My blinds in my window will be open when I’m off to work, and I’ll get +100 notifications just because cars are passing and there’s a little bit of light that refracts in. I would like to quote trump on this one, that it is the “worst trade deal ever.” Y’all have to be dumb to think I’m going to lay more than a one year subscription ESPECIALLY when it’s $50. Why would I pay $50 a year when I could get a new camera for $50 each year. I truly hope no one invests in this camera, because I wouldn’t want anyone else to get scammed like I did. While looking at reviews, the top one is from a year ago, and now I get it. I’m going to call my grandma and SPECIFICALLY tell her NOT to use this app or the cameras associated because I don’t think either of us could handle the app, or the camera I got for it.
