5/5Hard to switch from Adventure to Nitro
I've had the Maverik Adventure card for years, and I want to upgrade to the Nitro card - the pump voice keeps reminding me that I could save more money. But when I go to the app it doesn't offer a way to change from one card to the other. And when I try to register for the Nitro card it takes me to my Adventure account automatically. I want to link my bank so I can switch to Nitro, but there's no where to do that in my current account. It's a vicious circle and I keep trying to find a way to clear my Adventure account so I can start over and set up a Nitro account. But I can't find a way to do that either! I've tried this a year ago and thought by now the app would be improved - but I'm still going in circles. I'll try to call customer service during the week to see if someone can help me, but the Maverik could certainly use some updating.

5/5Great first-time experience with the Maverik app!
I just used the Maverik app for the very first time, and I’m already impressed! Signing up was easy, and everything was laid out clearly. I like how it welcomed me with a good layout and showed me how to earn rewards right away. I joined the Adventure Club, and I was able to start saving money on gas instantly. The app tracks my rewards and purchases, which makes it simple to know how many points I’m earning. I can also see special offers and deals that I wouldn’t have known about without the app. It even feels fun—like I’m part of a little club where I get rewarded just for stopping at Maverik! Everything worked smoothly, and the app didn’t freeze or lag at all. I’m excited to keep using it and see how many points I can save up for free snacks or drinks. Definitely a great first experience—I’ll be using this every time I visit Maverik now!

5/5“Great Rewards and Real Savings on Food, Drinks, and Gas!” ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The Maverik Rewards program is one of the best convenience store rewards programs out there. It gives great discounts on food, drinks, and gas, which makes every stop at Maverik worth it. I like how easy it is to earn points and redeem them for deals in the store. You also get automatic savings on fuel every time you fill up, and the app often includes extra deals, punch cards, and freebies for things like fountain drinks and snacks. Members can earn points on purchases and use them for rewards or discounts later. Overall, it’s a simple and rewarding program. If you stop at Maverik often, the rewards really add up and help save money on everyday items like gas, food, and drinks. Definitely worth signing up.

So I go to Maverik on Mall Dr. and Riverside all the time and Alice told me about the perks app…. Now, she isn’t the first one to tell me about it but I tried so many other times to get on the app… with no success 😳…. So after she brought it up again I went home and tried and again no success so I went back and she was sooooo kind and helped me get my Maverik app worked out and it was as simple as using my other email address. Alice, thank you 😊 so much for being so kind and helpful to me.

I've had a terrible experience with the Maverick app and their customer service. I've tried reaching out multiple times, both by calling the number listed on my NitroCard and emailing their customer service, but they completely ignore the issue. Instead of addressing my concern, they just tell me to get a new card without even reading my email properly. The customer service at Maverick, both in their stations and through the app, is horrible. The attendants in-store have no clue what they're doing-they just give vague answers and don't actually help. Whenever I call customer service, the call gets transferred to a representative who doesn't understand English well and can't provide any assistance. It's incredibly frustrating, and I wouldn't recommend using their app or services.

I've tried reaching out multiple times, both by calling the number listed on my NitroCard and emailing their customer service, but they completely ignore the issue. Instead of addressing my concern, they just tell me to get a new card without even reading my email properly. The customer service at Maverick, both in their stations and through the app, is horrible. The attendants in-store have no clue what they're doing-they just give vague answers and don't actually help. Whenever I call customer service, the call gets transferred to a representative who doesn't understand English well and can't provide any assistance. It's incredibly frustrating, and I wouldn't recommend using their app or services.",
