"body": "You can only upload 1 file at a time, the upload will usually fail with no error. The whole point of this app is so I can upload documents to you guys to work on, but if I have to do it at the computer, it’s not useful on my phone now is it? Appointments are useless, never get a call or information back from the office. I have to physically show up each time and make an appointment to get any progress it seems.",
