1. 3/5The App Updates are Horrid!!

   At first look the new layout looked ok. But then I realized that it did not function well. First bids on the list do not show Live and there’s no way to refresh. I mean it’s an endless scroll. An item I bid on $14 but on the list view it was still showing $3. By the time it updates the time ended. Secondly, none of the Account info can be updated even though it’s there. You cannot update/add credit cards, addresses or anything. It just takes you to the home page. Then I went to pay my invoice and you can’t do that either. Basically the app is all but useless. I emailed support and they said you have to go to the website and it doesn’t even work right because they changed it too. So mobile doesn’t work oh and you cannot schedule a pickup on either. They made the mobile version and app completely useless. What’s the point?!? Get it fixed! You are going to lose lots of $$$. Everything worked fine and was very effective before. An auction site without a good auction platform will not last.

2. 3/5New update is a downgrade

   The new update feels like a downgrade. Visually not as appealing with the interface feeling out of balance; the countdown clock is harder to see with the font being thinner light gray and no longer bold, expanding the bid button making it larger and changing the color to red just takes up more space and visually more intense, you used to be able to see 4 items on the screen but now you can only see 3 because the collapsable sort filter is now present at the top banner and you added a bottom menu banner also taking up more space, the items are boxed in making it feel clunky, there is no longer a visible MSRP without clicking on the item which plays a big roll when bidding on items as a reseller and in my opinion with the amount of items you sell per day this upgrade will cost bids and affect your bottom line. Will have to use the desktop more often.

3. 3/5New update sucksss

   I really wish I could just downgrade back to how it was. This new interface had to have lost them money because it was so hard to navigate. I missed out on many bids not knowing if it took my bid or not. Also, every time I get on the app, its a new update, and it wont let you go around it. I used to be on Vista everyday all throughout the day, but now i only pop in every now and then. Good for my pockets, but bad for your business im sure. The only thing that is an upgrade ot the speed on that god-awful watchlist button that would take 40 days and 40 nights of clicking to actually work.

4. 3/5Love vista, not the app

   I absolutely love Vista, but the app has so many bugs. I have to constantly force close it out and reopen it. This happens almost every time I search for something; it’ll work the first time, but then for some reason it’ll reload me bring me back to the current auction. Then if I try to search again, it just keeps me on the same page and won’t allow my search to go through. I’ve gotten so many good things through this auction, and the business itself is great, however the app needs major updates.

5. 5/5Great Venue and Experience For Deals!

   To date I and my daughter (combined) have approximately 100 purchases through Vista Auctions. I have had very little issues with the app. The issues I have had are not a big deal. The bidding, purchasing and pickup process is pretty much flawless. Not to sound like a know it all, but I think different people’s different levels of “app savviness” may be the cause for complaints. I can only speak for myself and I’ve had very little issues. I love Vista Auctions!
