1. 5/5Increased Business Leads During COVID-19

   I began using this tool in March of 2020 when the COVID-19 pandemic hit the US to collect inquiries for office, phone, and online sessions and events. I used to allow clients to book their own services on an online booking tool I offered but could no longer allow this because of COVID and having to close down from seeing clients in person and when reopened to be able to screen clients and tell them the rules for entering my office. Not only have I collected over 175 inquires from jotform for inquiries I have also created many other forms. I love the ease of use, the option to let clients pay me through the forms of needed, and seeing the forms go right to my email that I store in separate folders based on the inquiries. I’ve made so many contacts and my sales have been better than ever. Potential clients like a quick fix to contact you without having to make a call. This tool fits the bill!

2. 5/5Staying on top of Car Show Registrations

   Our annual British Car Show is run by a group of volunteers that don’t have a lot of technology experience. But, they do have a need for timely updates on who’s planing on attending each of the weekend events AND collecting the money. JotForm and JotForm Mobile keep all of the key players informed and energized. Energized? Yes! That instant feedback, when a new car owner registers for the weekend, is exciting for each of us. It’s sort of like going to the mailbox and seeing a “Job Well Done” greeting card from an old friend. It’s just exciting. We also leverage many of the tools that are built into the apps. The major one is the ability to export data into spreadsheets to create Registration Lists, Name Tags and more. We also use the built-in graphing capabilities to show our committee the progress we’re making. Keep up the good work Jot Form!!

3. 5/5This is an incredible platform with a very extensive set of features!

   Jotforms has made it possible to achieve an unbelievable level of automation for our nonprofit group. We have been able to replace multiple paper records with 2 forms that collect critical data verified by photos submitted. It all flows into the existing Google Sheet that previously had to be manually updated after trips to sites to collect the data and correlation with text photo submissions. Hard on an all volunteer staff. Tremendous efficiency, accuracy, and accountability improvements. With the outstanding documentation, video guides, and FAQs we went from simple to multifaceted forms, packaged in an always updated web app in no time on zero budget, with no IT department! If Jotforms could do this for us, it can work for anyone!!

   Update: Jotform quickly responded to the review I left below. They were very helpful in resolving my issue. I am updating my review to four stars. Their customer service was great, but because I was banned from the site I had no way to reach them. Their response here sent me to a Facebook page where I found an email address. I suggest a courtesy email when someone is banned so they can easily resolve any issues. Thanks, Jotform! Wow, Jotform! Just wow! I am a 60+ year old woman that moved back to her hometown to start over after going through a flood. I am well known here having run a music teaching business years ago. I used Jotform to set up registration forms for new students. Jotform has banned my IP address because they think I’m running a phishing scam. I’m just trying to earn a living. And there is no way to contact them for someone banned from the site. I do not recommend using this company.

5. 5/5The mobile App is phenomenal!

   I have been using jot forms for ages. It is my go to place for collecting information of just about any kind. I even use it to host my complete education syllabus and students use it to do and submit their homework. Now they have come out with the mobile app and that is a phenomenal tool. Now I get to create apps and place them on my ipad’s screen and readily have access to the info. I created an app as a wedding designer to collect data for all my brides. And now wherever I am, I can access the information by a simple click on my screen and even share the app with my team as well. Love that they keep coming out with new ways to expand the service. Jot form is a game-changer for all my businesses, school, and Christian ministry. Kudos Jotform!
