   Joe & The Juice is one of my favorite spots, primarily because of their refreshing and health-oriented menu. I love starting my day with their juices, especially the 'Joe's Green Mile,' which gives me the perfect energy boost with its blend of nutritious greens. Their smoothies are also a great treat, packed with fresh fruits and natural ingredients that align with my health goals. The ambiance in Joe & The Juice is another aspect I enjoy—it’s modern and upbeat, making it a great place to either relax or catch up with friends. The music adds a nice touch, creating a lively and inviting atmosphere. Their 'Tunacado' sandwich holds a special place in my heart. The combination of tuna and avocado, with the perfect seasoning and crunch, makes it a go-to option whenever I'm craving something savory and satisfying. Finally, the staff is always friendly and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. Whether I'm there for a quick coffee or a leisurely lunch, Joe & The Juice never fails to deliver quality and taste.

2. 1/5Love the food, hate the app

   Had never used the app before. Tried to order breakfast in the app, took forever to work my way through all the glitches in the app but finally made it to checkout. Waited 30 seconds after submitting Apple Pay and saw a message saying my transaction didn't go through due to some internal error. Was not surprised after all the glitches I had already seen. Picked a different card, same thing happened. 5 minutes later, I get emails that my order went through *twice* and *both* were being made! In the end, only one order showed up, leaving me about $20 short. Emailed over 3 business days ago and still haven't heard back, will give them another 7 days before I dispute the second charge. Definitely do not use this app to order unless you can file a chargeback with your card company. They have a support email address but they will never reply to you no matter what, it’s just a black hole.

3. 1/5My order was cancelled and I never got a refund

   I ordered delivery through the app and it was suddenly cancelled. When I contacted the number on the screen it directed me to another delivery service (Uber eats I think) and they said the store cancelled the order. I used a reward and paid for delivery and I never got either back. I tried calling the number provided in the app, and it was an automated machine saying they don’t accept phone calls, but to use the inbox on the app. it’s been two weeks now since I left two different messages on the inbox app and I never heard back. I went to a physical store and explained my problem and said they said they’re just minimum wage workers and don’t know anything about the app cuz it’s new.

4. 1/5terrible customer service features

   ordered a sandwich because they gave me a free credit when i downloaded and made my first purchase. first of all, terrible tracking features for delivery because you cant contact the driver or anyone at joe and the juice. tried the contact feature and the lady on the phone could not find my order or help me in any way. the order said delivered but wasnt delivered and theres no way to contact for a refund or talk to any humans!!! now I have wasted my credit, my money, and my time. dont order through this app if you want to be able to have any form of customer service with order problems- just download doordash or uber eats and save yourself the headache. terrible experience

5. 1/5Not sustainable

   Between 4-5 times every week, I order via the app to eat in the local store (Noordermarkt 5). I specifically click the button “Take away? NO” so we can skip all the packaging that comes with a takeout meal, but every time, without fail, the order appears on the counter inside all the takeout packaging. It’s so disappointing! I then take it from the counter, rip off all the packaging, throw it directly in the trash a few feet away and grab a table to ‘eat in’. This has literally happened a hundred times now and I know I’m not the only person. If you guys aren’t just ‘greenwashing’ with your sustainability branding, you gotta fix this. The store says the issue is in the app and not in their end.
