   Sometimes after launching the app, the saved credit card is missing - and your order cannot be processed. If you exit the app & relaunch 1-2x, each time checking the credit card section (to confirm a saved card exits before keying in an elaborate order), it will save you tons of wasted time later. Why, why does the app launch often with the credit card missing? This has got to be a defect. I do not leave it running in the background & have a strong solid network connection. It is as if sometimes at launch time the app can’t log-in (to the customer account) so it launches instead I’m guest mode (no history, no saved cards, etc).

2. 2/5This app is glitchy & declines payment

   I just downloaded this app Nov 6th 2024 and I had ordered 3 days in a row, last night I figured my “declined 005” error message was because the store was going to close soon, so I just ordered it with no rewards. Today I try again and get the same declined message. Theres nothing I’ve done differently that it should not be functioning. I also have glitch issues with trying to select a restaurant because it always pushes me out to safari for “catering” and gets stuck in a loop opening many safari pages over and over. It’s very hard to get the app to properly load the locations where you can finally press “order” to select the correct restaurant to even try to place an order. All for this to end up with a declined order placement. Please work to fix this app because there’s no purpose to having it if it doesn’t function AND you can’t even link your store purchase or upload an in-store receipt in order to get rewards!

3. 5/5New App not allowing me to order

   Having issues with this new app. Wanted to order 3 times in the last 2 weeks and they lost those sales. Back when the old app worked I did wish you could save your favorite location. I order before I leave my house on the way to work. 1 time I didn’t realize it auto selected the nearest one, which was in a neighboring state (5 miles from my home, but in the opposite direction of my job.) Luckily the manager at my usual location recognized me and immediately and gladly honored the order.

4. 2/5Worst online app for ordering food

   This app is clunky and rarely if ever works correctly. For example, the other day, 4 of us wanted to order salads for lunch and so we went into the app, selected the location and tried to place our orders. Multiple times, after building our own salad we ended up back at the start order page and what we had entered had disappeared and needed to be redone. Recommendation- if you are ordering salads for multiple people - put each one into a separate order. Then once all 4 salads were in the same order (will never try that again), I clicked on the total to pay and was told that the store I was ordering at was closed and I needed to start over and pick another store. Why it did not tell me that the store was closed when I first selected it is a complete mystery. So rather than spending about $75 at Just Salad for lunch, we gave up and ordered across the street at Cava. BTW- when we went to pick up our order at Cava (their app worked fine) the Just Salad was in fact open.

5. 3/5Needs Better Rewards Program

   The reward program is silly to me. It has to be a $12 purchase each time, you get the reward straight after then you have 24 hours to use it, with an intimidating and ridiculous countdown. How do we win exactly unless we’re choosing to eat Just Salad every day? I love Just Salad, but loyal customers will come back eventually when the food is this good. Please give an expiration date of at least 7 days to use the reward. The 24 hours is a bit much as well as the way to gain rewards by spending a minimum. Use points with every purchase! Thank you, a salad lover and long time Just Salad supporter 💚
