1. 5/5Pleasantly surprised would be an understatement…

   I initially downloaded and set up an account with this platform about two weeks ago, searching for a reliable, barebones, all in one payment processing platform with just the essentials; I had to undergo a review, which is totally understandable and an absolutely necessity for the longevity of this platform, but in the moment was slightly turned off, as illogical as that may be. Upon revisiting Jim post review (it only took them 24 hours btw, they were very quick and communicative), I have been blown away. Sure, it doesn’t have all the flashy bells and whistles, but I would contend the flashiest and most seductive aspect of this platform is the versatility in its simplicity. Will take most any tap to pay payment, completely seamlessly with real time execution, and you legitimately have access to the funds immediately. No BS, and no arguably useless frills. These guys are great and deserve credit where credit is rightfully due, in a world of PayPal (absolutely horse feces nowadays sadly), and Square (Peter Thiel progeny).

2. 1/5Very disappointed!!!.WARNING!!!I think it’s a SCAM!!!

   So, I input all my credentials to create my account, and after I completed in putting all my credentials, I was immediately denied access. I went to the chat today, Monday, April 28, 2025, and asked why I was denied. I didn’t receive a response. The chat bot said I would receive a response after a few minutes. And it never happened. I even deleted the app after 30 minutes of not receiving a response. Then I downloaded the app again and went right back to the chat and ask a question again, and still no response. My previous questions were still there and not deleted. Therefore I think this app is a scam. Also, the fact that you can only sign up using your Apple ID , you can’t even choose your own email to sign up, yet it’s supposed to be a business account. I was wanting to use my business email, but I’m not able to do so. This is a huge issue that no one even responded back to me. Another thing is that there’s no phone number for this business, no Customer Service number or anything. The only way to contact someone is through a chat and you can’t even get through to anybody. I do not recommend downloading this app at all. I knew it sounded too good to be true usually when something seems too good to be true, it most likely is. WARNING!!! Don’t fall for the OKIE DOKE!

3. 5/5Works great unless you need cash or want to transfer money to another account.

   Feels extremely sketchy to me that there is no way you can transfer money to another account or pull cash from an ATM. If you’re comfortable with them locking every penny away within the app only allowing you Purchase things where Apple Pay is accepted then the app is pretty great. Apple Pay or tap to pay whatever you wanna call it isn’t available everywhere and it’s extremely Limiting with what you can do with your hard earned money. Not to mention there’s tons of websites that just won’t let you pay with a virtual card. If they issue a physical debit card where you could pull out cash then I’d give it 5 stars but until then I will only be using the app when I have no other option for accepting payment because feels like there’s some shady sketchy stuff going on here….

   I think they act very clever the tap to pay super smart almost all brand new iPhones now I've tapped to pay reading capabilities I mean every once in a while it has it moment, but you know for what it is and it comes with a free card this app is wonderful every once in a while I'll do three transactions for like four grand back to back and then unlike the last couple times last transactions it's really not wanting to do them. You know I'd send a payment link to pay the deposit and then the remaining amount of the job is done and then it's like when I go to collect the remaining amount. It doesn't want to take it off their card. You can only do it one one time only I feel like per car transaction per person.

5. 1/5No Weekend Support for Business Owners, Junk App With Copy-Paste Responses

   I’d give this app 0 stars if I could. I use JIM for customer payments, and the biggest problem is that there is basically no real customer service when you actually need it most. If something goes wrong on the weekend, you are stuck with an AI response and no live help until Monday. That is unacceptable for a payment app. It also makes simple business needs harder than they should be. Pulling tax documents, account information, or other important records should not require chasing support. A payment platform should let business owners access their own financial information without having to depend on customer service to do basic things. What makes it worse is that I’m clearly not the only one dealing with this. Other reviews mention lack of response through chat, customer service not offering real solutions, and technical issues that still were not resolved. For an app handling money, that is a serious problem. This app has potential, but they still have not fixed some of the most important issues. I would not recommend it for anyone who depends on reliable payment processing. (App Store) What makes it even worse is that when you read the App Store reviews, the responses do not even feel personal. They look like basic automated copy-paste replies instead of real accountability. That just makes it seem like they already know people are unhappy and still have not fixed the actual problems.
